Absolutely disgusted by this company. The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. This company is fraudulent and are scammers. We believe they are operating under another company name- Johnson & Sons, which no longer shows up on Google. We scheduled through them and then someone from Anywhere Rooter showed up. I was price gouged over $1000 extra for a service that should have been $600-$800. I asked for a copy of my camera inspection, and they said I wasn't obligated to receive it bc I didn't pay for it. When I finally received my invoice, the camera inspection was labeled on the invoice. I was told I needed to completely replace all pipes under my house for $14000. I was pressured into making a decision on the spot at 8 pm and Joseph began negotiations to try to get me to sign immediately. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews while they were still at my house but I didn't even know what company they worked for! When I called to dispute the charge and ask for a partial refund and for my invoice, I was completely disrespected by the manager. She threatened me saying she was recording the call and wouldn't be ""bullied"" by her customer when I simply asked for price relief, my invoice, a write up of the work and the video. She became defensive and called me an ""ex"" customer. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Always get second opinions. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau.

we had Anywhere Rooter out to replace the Dishwasher shutoff vale's as they were stuck open. They shutoff the main water valve to the house and replaced them. When he turned the main back on he informed us it was leaking. he said the a plumber would be out between 4 and 6 pm to fix this and my wife paid a bit over 2100 dollars for both repairs 1350 was to replace main. At 7 pm we hadn't heard from the plumber, so we called the after hours line and were told he was on the way but closer to 9pm. 10:20 pm rolls around and still no call from the plumber, again we call the after hours line, He's on the way but now it's another 30 to 45 minutes. The work done by the first tech was completed and I believe the main was in need of replacement as it was nearly 45 years old. their afterhours contact was professional and courteous. The communication was seriously lacking and there was no reporting of service delays. I will post a follow up review of the Main Valve replacement after it is done. Just beware of any stated service times. Right now they are 1 for 4, not a very good record.

Beware of Anywhere Plumbing! I called them for a pipe backup, and their technician tried to scam me by saying he hit something and the pipes might be broken. He pushed a $1600 hydro jet service. Instead, I rented a drain cleaner and fixed the issue myself. When I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming they had partially opened the pipe. This company is unprofessional and only out to charge you for basic services. Don't fall for their tricks.

Reached out to have them fix a drain. They recommended replacement for $2400. Not knowing anything about plumbing and not what I was signing I signed the estimate and paid a $1200 deposit. Within the hour I discovered that they were grossly over charging & trying to take advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge and that I am a female. I tried to cancel, spoke the rudest human alive, Marie, she said there was nothing left to discuss as that is what they charge, and they will be keeping $725 of my money for a cancelation fee. Supposedly Alissa is supposed to be contacting me for a refund and she has called on a Saturday and 8pm on a Wednesday. I have received no refund. CROOKS! DO NOT USE!

Rude customer service. The receptionist, Kathryn, talked down to me, interrupted me and would not listen. The service man, Kimball, was also rude and talked down to me. They refused to let me talk to a manager to resolve my issue. My boiler was leaking water, so I called to have them take a look at it. The technician said my boiler needed replaced, and it'd cost about $10,000. However, I later discovered that the drain tube outside the unit was disconnected, so I plugged it back in and the problem was fixed. So glad I found this out before spending thousands of dollars on a new unit when this one still works fine. They still charged me even though they didn't do any work and lied to me about the unit being broke, and they refused to refund my money. This company does not have quaility employees, and they take advantage of customers. Just read the reviews...it's a common problem with them.

Anywhere Rooter was great to work with. They are experts in the topic and were able to help me in a timely manner. I had drain issues and after the diagnosis, the problem was resolved quickly and professionally. I would recommend working with them. Also great prices for their services.

Zero stars would be closer to the truth. I requested a sewer line cleanout. The employee showed up with a plumber's snake, suitable for kitchen drains, etc. He went through the motions of cleaning out the sewer line, then gave me a 20 minute talk about how I needed a camera job and a hydro cleanout for $1200 and he just happened to have the equipment in his truck. I asked him to leave. Three weeks later the drain backed up again. I called a different company, who sent a man with the right equipment and the right attitude who cleared the sewer line. Both companies charged $95. I've had some bad plumbers before, but Anywhere Rooter is the worst.

Don't use ! I have another review of them, they took $1650 out of my bank for services not rendered, and cancelled before the day of appointment. I have not gotten my $ back, its been 3 months. Guess they can do anything they want and get away with it. Time to lawyer up.
Really is a shame, there are honest dealers and companies out there. So sorry I choose this one to give them a chance. DON'T DO IT !!!
