Very good company. Reliable and fast service. I needed a gas pipe inspection and the got to it right away. I would highly recommend them for all services.

We have had ANywhere plumbing come out twice through American Home Shield. Last year they fixed our leaky shower, super quick and friendly. And today they came to fix a leak under our sink, replaced a drain and the pipe and the leak is gone! Have nothing but praise for these guys (Thanks to greg and dave today!)

While the techs were friendly, the arrived and replaced the flapper and left, but the toilet continued to run so I called them back and they replaced the fill valve and left. Well the toilet has been running since yesterday. When I called back they first didn't answer but directed to an email address that did't work, when I finally got them on the phone they refused to come back until I call my home warranty company. Why? this is not a warranty company problem this is a work done did not correct the issue.
Won't ever have them back!

This the worst plumbing in Louisiana . This company came to my home misdiagnosed the problem lie to my home warranty stating their was broken pipe under the slab. I called another company they came out fix the problem the same day wasn't a broken pipe at all. PLease don't call them to your house

This so called ""plumber"" and Mr. Plumber both contract for American Home
Shield. They are owned by two individuals with the last name of Robin.
These guys are con artist and will always find a way to deny warranty coverage. They will then come up with an outrages price to take care of the problem. In one call out they came out and said the pipe was broken
due to an upstairs toilet; a toilet I had another plumber replace for $400 less
then they wanted to charge. The pipe was an cast iron over 50 years old and
was cracked due to age. They charged me $62.50 to cut a hole in the sheetrock and did not give me a diagnosis face to face. They told AHS that the problem was a rocking toilet. Originally wanted to charge $125.00; but since it only took about 5 minutes to cut the hole; they gave me a ""break"".
I requested a second opinion from AHS, and Ball Plumbing came out and verified that the pipe was old and fixed the problem. Ball Plumbing was the only honest plumber working for AHS; however, I believe he has since stopped working jobs for AHS. The Robins liars and cheats front office said
they were a Christian family business and would reimburse the $62.50 fee.
The check must have gotten loss in the mail. hahaha. AHS could care less that I was scammed. These companies find a way to deny coverage by reporting false info to AHS. If AHS was to send Anywhere Plumbing or Mr. Plumber; refuse. AHS claims they have to send the next one on their list. Not true. I have since cancelled AHS on two properties due to so called plumbing companies operated by the liars Robins.

If you have a home warranty and need plumbing work in the New Orleans area, you'll likely end up assigned these guys or Mister Plumber by your warranty company. Whichever you get, you're screwed.
Anywhere Plumbing Repair uses a familiar scam - they come out for the initial call, collect the service copay, and then look for a reason to have the repair disqualified by the home warranty company so they do not have to do the work. That's what happened when Anywhere Plumbing came out to look at a bathroom leak.
The techs they sent out were not professional and smelled like cigarettes. Once the cause of the leak was identified, they started the scamming. They told me that they could not cut access because that was not covered by my warranty and American Home Shield did not cover re-piping. Because I have been a long time home warranty customer, I had my warranty handy. I showed them that cutting access was indeed covered. I also pointed out that the cast iron vent stack (which was leaking) was listed as a covered item. The tech told me that he needed to get approval from the warranty company before he could start the repairs. He asked me to sign an invoice saying the repair was completed. I refused.
The next day I am on the phone with the warranty company trying to get the repair approved. No decision had been made. Two days later I hear from AHS saying the repair was denied due to a metal pipe blocking access to the repair area. The metal pipe was the vent stack that needed to be repaired. It wasn't blocking anything - it was what needed to be repaired. Anywhere Plumbing lied to AHS to get out of doing the repair.
AHS said I could pay another $75 to get a second opinion, but I had already paid two plumbers (Mister Plumber and Anywhere) and I wasn't paying a third time for the same repair.
Use Anywhere Plumbing at your own risk. They will lie to your face then lie to your warranty company, if you have one. They're dishonest and unprofessional.

I called about a faucet leak in the tub and sink. The first team came out and said I need a shower valve. He didn't have the one I needed, it had to be ordered. He turned the hot water off for the weekend. The next team came out, didn't have the valve, didn't know one was ordered, had to leave to get the valve. Came back, said it was going to need modifications not covered by American Home Shield (extra $550). But he would have to come back. He did fix the leak in the sink, but made it so hard to turn on and off my wife couldn't do it. He capped the pipe in the tub so that we could have hot water again. The 3rd person came out, this one was able to change the valve and it did take a lot of work and he had to cut through 3 walls. He also fixed the tight sink fixtures. The next time we used the tub it wouldn't drain. I called and they said they would not have let any of the gunk from cutting through the walls and pipes go down the drain so they are not responsible unless I want to pay for another service call. He asked if I saw him stop it up. All I know is it drained fine before he came and didn't once he left. The manager denies that would happen.

This plumber is a scam. They are the plumbing contractors for American Home Shield. They came to my house to fix a drain and a water leak. The drain went back to being clogged the next day, I called back and they said it wasn't under contract. Then I have a leak with water running down my wall and they claimed it was because I had structural damage to my house. I called another plumber the next day and it was nothing but a leaking hose on the back of a refrigerator. Reading the other reviews if you have American Home Shield, dont let these scammers in your home. Call AHS and have them send another plumber.

Great next day service although they arrived later than we were told. Pricing was reasonable for plumbing services but what we appreciated the most was the honest feedback regarding our plumbing issues when preparing our rental house for a sale. They did not change out anything that was not necessary although we asked about it. They could have charged us to do something unnecessary, but instead let us know that it was not. THAT COUNTS FOR SO MUCH MORE THESE DAYS! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

This company was sent by american home shield warranty company because another company has mess up and they came fix it. And when i called to set up the time, date for them to come out.The ladies in office are very nice, knowledgeable on what i was asking, helpful. They came out on the 06/22/2020.The guys was very profession.kind, knowledgeable on what they were doing. They also explain what was going on as they was doing it and left a card with the name and numbers if i should have a problem again. I would recommend this company to anyone.
