It was so helpful to have him give suggestions on how to maintain our unit and keep it running great for years to come after our dog attacked the insulation and wiring. Great service- Great price! This company has come to my apartment complex about ten times trying to fix a pipe. Every time turning off our water from 8 in the morning until sometimes midnight, 9 pm the earliest. The first time they turned off our water they filled the pipes with dirt and sand, needless to say all our faucets in the complex did not work and had no pressure. We called them and they sent someone out and told us we had to fix the problem or they would charge us. Ok fine whatever, the association takes care of the water anyways. All our apartment/ condos have individual owners, so being a tenant I cant call the association to tell them they need to hire new plumbers. Anyways we cleaned the lines, replaced some faucets and had somewhat better pressure. However our faucets have no cold water, my hands have little feelings left from washing dishes in steaming hot water. Lets not talk about the showers.
Now the past week they have been back, I was assuming they were trying to fix their mistake. My mistake, after not having water for three or four days our lines are clogged once again with dirt and sand so bad we cant flush our toilets! We left town for three days so we wouldn't have to deal without water over the weekend...to come back to this.
Don't hire this company. I'm at my wits end with this place and cant do anything about it. Therefore Im yelping.

1-800-AnyTyme was very prompt and professional from start to finish. When I called, the representative was friendly and told me everything I needed to know. A technician arrived in less than an hour after I called. Cesar was super friendly, professional and helpful. My water heater was out and he even helped me call the company to see if the warranty would cover a replacement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and hopefully I can use them in the future.

The plumber sent to our house was a nice guy overall and did a competent job. However, the company clearly pressures them to up sale. Try to bargain for a more reasonable price than they initially quote.

Nate came out today as scheduled to check my heater. Within just a couple of minutes, he found a huge crack which I hadn't noticed before. He carefully explained the extent of the damage and what options I had. Unfortunately, this crack was unrepairable and required me to buy a new furnace. Good news is that Nate was able to get me a new furnace installed within the same day. He worked hard to make sure he got the job done as quickly as possible and before the end of the day I had heat once again. Great customer service! This guy deserves a vacation!!!

As much as I dislike to give someone 1 star rating, I kind of feel compelled to give 1-800-anytyme a very very poor service rating. I had called them for A/C repair and they charged me over $800 for the first attempt and could not fix the problem. Second time I call them, they broke the thermostat and I had to tape it to keep it intact and charged another $150 for replacing the contactor coil. Guess what!... A/C still not working. They suggested me the next fix, change the compressor for $2600!!! I did not fall for that bait!!! I am glad I got smarter although late.

Bottom line this company is a money draining pit. They have no expertise to figure out A/C repair issues and I am glad its winter now and I don't need the A/C. Although sad to have paid over thousand dollars for breaking the thermostat (forget fixing the A/C).

Don't fall in the trap of this company. And if you ever end them up calling as a last resort, never sign their contract and never pay them until you experience the A/C fixed for at least 3 days.

Another great service call by David from 1-800-AnyTyme. We asked him to install an instant hot water recirculation system on the water heater in our garage. After reviewing the device we had bought, as well as the hoses under our kitchen sink, David promptly installed the system and tested it thoroughly. He set the timer and explained how would work with our current water heater.
Although we paid a little more than we thought we would have to for the installation service, in this case we know that we got the best service as well as a satisfaction guarantee, so all-in-all, we were very pleased with the service performed and with David's professionalism. We highly recommend this company (and David) to anyone who needs home plumbing services.

We recently had a jammed Badger 0.5HP In-sink-erator unit and called them out to assist.

The plumber arrived (Cesar) who promptly declared the unit ""burned out"" after only trying to turn it on at the wall. He then proceeded to quote my wife $440.00 to replace it.

He ignored the fact that it was still making a humming noise, nor did he try loosening the stuck blade or using an Allen wrench to dislodge the blockage.

When my wife asked me if it was OK (I was in the other room working), I told her no. Cesar immediately countered that Any-Tyme did not want to lose our business and asked ""How much would you be willing to pay?"" and when my wife was confused, he immediately dropped his quote to $300.00 to replace the unit and started waffling about whether the unit could be made to work again or needed replacing. He kept pressing but I told my wife to stand firm.

Thinking it was an isolated case of a dishonest and predatory technician, I called the dispatcher at the company the next morning who quickly pulled up our file and confirmed the plumber's name. I explained the problem to her and she said she understood why the situation would make us doubt their integrity. I asked for another quote, and she indicated that she had no price book and took my number (they had my wife's number) to have their head person call me back.

I was disappointed that they made no effort to call me back and remedy the situation. I've told me wife that we're not to consider using them in the future, and let our neighbors know to beware if they should find themselves dealing with Any-Tyme.

Twice in a week we have tried to schedule an appointment to have them come out and give an estimate on some electrical work. Twice!

Both times no one showed up.

First time my wife booked the apt. 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there, she called to see where they were at and they said they were running late from their other job (they couldn't call to explain this why?) and be over shortly. ""Shortly"" came and went and no one called or showed up.

Regardless, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and called to re-schedule a few days later. I explained what happened last time, they apologized and said they'd get someone out today. Verified the phone number they had and gave them my cell. Guess what. SAME THING! I waited around all afternoon and no call, no show - no communication what so ever! I even took the day off because I thought they'd actually show up.

If a company can't even show up for an estimate (and be courteous enough to call their customers) do you even want to chance them doing work? I can't imagine the service you'd get AFTER a job...

Horrible experience and a waste of a vacation day.

Horrible. Tried an online appointment at 8am..didn't hear anything so I phoned them at 2pm to make another, I then had to leave early from work. Got home and waited an hour and a half and no one showed. I phoned them at 5pm and they told me someone waited 30 minutes at our place and had to leave which is BS since I was home! I was also told that someone will phone me when they're at my address which didn't happen. The technician also cant come later, apparently ""ANYTYME"" means business hours until 6pm.

So now its end of day and I still have a plumbing problem. Out of countless of plumbers I chose you, I guess the joke was on me.
