I was quoted $5864 to install a new tankless water heater. Since it was so much money I asked if I could have some time to make a few phone calls. I was home with my sick kids, and pretty clueless about what this should cost. Ryan was very willing to give me the time to do this. I was able to reach another company that was willing to come out and give me a second opinion. Ryan witnessed my conversation. I'm sure he heard them say that price was ridiculous. He then told me that I shouldn't have told the other company their price, because they would now come in lower for sure. I felt a bit like I was being made to feel stupid for doing a smart thing! Well, the other company did come in lower. Over $3000 lower! We all took hot showers tonight and are thrilled we did it for only $2700! I could understand a difference of a couple hundred dollars. But over $3000! Insane!!

Steven and Alex did a great job unclogging the toilet ($132.50) and shower ($79.00). The support staff are very accommodating and courteous to all comments and concerns. I would recommend their services. Great service and they treat their costumers well.

Tech Dave gave us the bad news about our heating system and cooling system in a thoughtful, direct way He recommended changes, delivered and installed the new units and left the area spotless. He was professional and punctual. We were well informed every step of the way. It is so nice and so rare to receive service at this level of quality.

Plumber did a good job, but the price was excessive. He fixed problem with our sink for a very reasonable charge, so we showed him problem with bathroom sink. He said it would be ""a couple hundred"" so we told him to fix it. He came back the next day and fixed the problem. The issue he thought would be a big problem turned out not to exist and he fixed the sink in about 30 min. The charge was $450! He said that is what the ""book"" said was the price. I definitely would not have Anytyme back.
