Ridiculous! I called for an appointment explaining the issue, they show up 3 hours later, tell us that they cannot fix it, that they need to send another truck out the following day. And they charge us anyway. Disappointed, will NOT use again, and will share that with friends.

I am a real Estate broker and was representing a client on a purchase. We did a physical inspection on a home my client was buying in Encinitas and it was noted that there was a large tree in the front yard that ""could"" cause problems with drain lines. When I called around I found that many companies minimum charge was $200 to put a camera down the main line. Any Time said they start at $99 for an easy access and short run. Since I knew we were going less than 50 ft and we knew where the cleanout was we thought we would save money for sure. We scheduled for the next day and they gave us a window from 8-10 AM and they would call with a 30 minute warning. They called at 9:15 and sent an email that said they would be there in 30 minutes. They were true to their word and showed up within the window. I was impressed with the professional truck and equipment. They verified there was no roots in the drain line when they ran the camera down the line. I thought this would be the case but it is nice to know for sure. They only charged my client $99 like they quoted! The technician (George) was professional so was Celly who set the appointment. I was happy with the service and the price was great. I will be using them again! We did not need a DVD because we were going to be there. I do not think they offer this service. I deal with may companies and I felt they dealt with me fairly and honestly.

These guy's are some of the most professional service personal I've dealt with, personally and professionally. I'm a REALTOR and have the occasion to call on service people often. For my own home and clients I always use 1-800-AnyTyme. Today Cesar O came out and diagnosed a long standing problem no one else has been able to pin point. I've had 800AnyTyme install a heater at another home and they are always courteous, timely, clean up after themselves and priced competitively. I'd recommend with our hesitation.

Nate was very personable and friendly and told me what the problem was and explained what he needed to do to fix it and took care of it right away. I called AnyTyme to have them hook up my gas dryer in my new home. There was a gas line running across the ceiling that I thought we could tap into and the service technician told me it was going to be $225 to hook it up and assured me this was way below ""book price"". He was very evasive and wouldn't make eye contact. Not knowing much about working with gas lines I agreed to let him do the job. Unbeknownst to me there was a cap hidden behind a vent I did not see. He came back with a valve, unscrewed the cap and screwed the valve and said that will be $225. The valves go for about $10 at Home Depot. The total time of the work performed was about 2 minutes. I definitely felt taken advantage of and will never use them again. I felt like if they intentionally ripped me off and had no problem doing it.

Nate explained why I'm having problems with my heating system. Suggested solution. We discussed at length all that involved. Because i didn't price any other company, and to end the cold temperature in bedroom is important for my husband, I agreed to ire Nate on the spot.
The work was done in the time allotted.

Solid Company with Great Experience.

Recently utilized this company to replace a busted in-sink disposal that my tenants some how killed. David P. was very prompt in his assessment and actually was able to give me a few options for fixing the issue. He also went a step further to check the condition of all the related fixtures/plumbing involved under the sink and suggested a few minor changes that could help me avoid problems in the future. I didn't feel like I was being ""up-sold"" on services buy a sleazy salesman, but his demeanor and professionalism felt about as genuine as it gets nowadays. I chose what I felt was the appropriate fix to satisfy both my wallet and the tenant's needs and was even able to talk him down on price just slightly to get the cost to a nice round figure. I appreciate the promptness, professionalism and accuracy in resolving my issue. The only reason I am not going with five stars is due to the follow-up call I never received. I usually like to know how any amount of my money is being spent and if everything worked out correctly after the job is completed. I ended up having to contact my property manager to find out if the job was completed and if it met the tenant's approval for being fixed. Other than that small issue I'd rate my experience a 4.9 out of 5 stars for these guys.
