I am a senior who had a clogged toilet with backup into my bathtub. I called a local plumber but he was fully booked and he recommended Anytime Sewer. When I called them (in a bit of a panic),the woman in the office was patient and understanding. She gave me an approximate time for a few hours later. Then she called to let me know when the technicians were half an hour away,which was very helpful.And they arrived within the time window I had been given when I called! When the two men arrived,I expressed my embarrassment due to my messy house and they couldn't have been kinder! They went out of their way to reassure me all the while they were working! The job took less than an hour and cost me less than I expected. I am MORE than pleased with this whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to call again for future issues!

My trailer had a broken Poo lagoon in the back with 25 years of feces, toilet paper, and poo juices festering. It started to bubble and the slurry began to collect behind my trailer. The stench was unbearable, that is until I called Anytime Sewer. Joe came with a vacuum and pumped my homemade sewer dry . All for $50 plus gas. Incredible service. I'm sure in another 25 years I will call Joe again

We needed to use Anytime Sewer & Drain on a Sunday evening due to a clogged shower and toilet (which happened to be our only toilet in the house due to a renovation project) within an hour of coming home from a trip. The woman we spoke to on the phone in the Enfield office was very kind and friendly and helped us out so much. Unfortunately, that is where our good experience with this company ended. The young man who came over to snake out toilet and unclog the pipes had a hard time with the clog and was up and down between the basement and the bathroom to figure out where the clog was. It took him over an hour to get it unclogged, which wasn't our issue with him, we understand it's not a fun job and he couldn't help if he was having a problem. When he finally did unclog the pipes, we heard whoosh sound of the drains clearing and then the dreadful sound of water splashing. The tech ran downstairs and my husband followed. Whatever the tech had been doing downstairs with our piping (he at one point said he had disconnected a section of pipe to get a look inside) he didn't end up connecting back correctly (honestly, I'm not sure exactly WHAT he did wrong because we never got a full explanation). But after the pipe unclogged, it drained directly into a corner of our basement, all over my husband's expensive drum sets and onto one of our rugs, that we have since had to throw away. That corner of the basement was covered with waste water, poop and toilet paper. His response was that ""he didn't mean for that to happen."" He then spent another hour and a half cleaning up the mess (sort of). We had to throw away the area rug and wipe down the drums. We later discovered that whatever vacuum he had been using to clean up the mess - he had just been dumping in our lawn without our knowledge. We have 2 dogs with a fence that run around our yard all day and have access to this area it was dumped. I don't know if it's this company's policy to just dump human waste anywhere in someone's lawn but we would have preferred a heads up if it is. The tech finally left, after charging us full price (we figured we may get some sort of discount after the poop in the basement and ruined rug). We didn't get offered anything. He also left the bathroom disgusting with brown streaks of I don't know what all over the place. What an awful experience. I don't know if he is new to his job but we seriously wished we would have just waited until morning and found a better company to deal with. It would have been less of a hassle. The only pros to our experience were the woman on the phone and that we had our drains cleared after 3 hours.

Came out same day within a couple hours even though it was a non-emergency. Beat another guy's quote by HUNDREDS of dollars! Staff was down-to- earth and helpful. Highly recommend!
