I called Bud because he was recommended to me by another plumber who wasn't able to help me because he was busy and wouldn't be able to get to me until the following week. I couldn't wait that long because my kitchen sink wasn't draining and the kitchen is one sink you can't do without. Anyway, I called Bud that morning and he scheduled time for me the same day. The pricing, I felt was competitive with others AND he came the same day! He was polite and thoughtful not to bring in the snow and mud that doused Colorado Springs the weekend before. He was also done within the hour and I can use the sink again. So, thank you, Bud. You did great by me.
