Our shower drain was clogged on a Sunday evening. I sent a message through Yelp link requesting an appointment for the next day. Received a text back within an hour and was given a 11:00am appointment for the following day. Broc was here at 11:00am as promised. He was polite and professional. He was able to remove a drain cover that another plumber had said was permanently rusted closed. Broc snaked the drain and was out of here in less than 30 minutes. This is exactly how a small business should be run! Provide excellent service with speed and integrity.

Had a sink clog in my kitchen and called these guys to come and fix it. They were there right on time. The plumber arrived very next morning early so that I could get it done before I went to work. Very courteous clean and educated me on what the problem is and how to prevent it. I would recommend them as the first choice.

Needed the garbage disposal fixed. After a call to Anytime rooter I had Broc come out to to see what was going on. Broc was friendly and professional, with a no problem attitude. It was a minor issue easily fixed.
Currently have a separate plumbing issue to deal with so called Anytime Rooter again left a voice mail and Broc called me back within minutes. So speedy, I like it! Again setting up a time was easy. So far so good the second job not completed yet but if all goes well I will continue to call this business with any plumbing needs.

Broc called me back immediately, listrened carefully to my challenging toilet and bathtub issue and said he could come out the next morning at 8am to fix it. When I asked him what it would cost for him to come diagnose the issue, he said there was no charge for the diagnosis but if he fixed it he would charge us. Fair enough!

He actually arrived a few minutes early. He tried one simpler approach without success and then had to use more complex equipment to fix things. It was quite messy and he fixed everything and reassembled the toilet impeccably. After cleaning up, he showed us that all was now working correctly. He also repaired the inner workings of the toilet.

His charge was very fair, he was gracious and a pleasure to deal with. Hallelujah! We have a new plumber.

Brock not only called me right back after I left a message explaining the sink back-up which was mind blowing after being the third place I called but he made an appt to come out the next day!!

The next day, sink back-up was fixed and working better than it ever had. Rooted with an extra long snake which took a bit more effort but he was persistent.

Brock is now stored in my phone as my go-to plumber. Unlike most of these yahoos on here who won't even call you back, he saved the day!

Broc was fantastic. He returned my call promptly and came by the same day. He was punctual and friendly, and he had a good sense of humor. He fixed our shower within minutes, and when I asked if he could take a look at our sink while he was here (even though I hadn't mentioned that problem over the phone) he quickly fixed that, too.. His prices were reasonable. I've never had a better experience with a plumber and would recommend Broc to everyone.

Returned my call within 5 mins and showed up promptly first thing in the morning at 7:30am as scheduled.

Very professional, showed with business card in hand announcing himself with a hand shake. Nice intro!

Broc did not waste anytime getting started. Asked where to go and got straight to it. He actually took the time to show me everything he was doing and why things weren't working and showed me how to fix it myself for next time. I was actually expecting to replace everything, but he repaired and got things working great. Good as new.

Good attitude, great service, knows what he is doing.

Highly recommended. Price is fair. Honest.

****UPDATE AFTER FIRST REVIEW****(1 STAR INSTEAD OF 2)
TL;DR - Owner and technician sent very rude comments to me after leaving a very fair review of services provided to me. In my original review I recommended them for their good availability but I no longer recommend them for their extremely rude and condescending messages.

I thought my review was pretty fair (two stars out of five) - the tech spent almost two hours trying to fix the problem but ultimately couldn't. I was very clear on the initial communication that our toilet was leaking and was on the second floor. I had to pay $65 for a visit when the problem was not fixed or even slightly remediated which at the time I thought was a little bit fair due to him trying to fix the problem for two hours. Also, expanding on my ""a very slight rude attitude"" comment, my wife and I asked him two questions throughout the visit and his responses were literally: ""it's not funny"" and ""give me a second"" in a very rude manner. I guess he thought we were being rude ourselves or making fun of him but we absolutely weren't, we were just asking about the problem.

I was going to leave the review as-is with the two stars but it is a poor business practice that both the owner and the technician wrote to me privately mocking my wife and I. In this age of social media where the success of a business is mostly driven by feedback left by consumers in these types of forums it amazes me how a well reviewed business could operate like that. I frankly find it almost comical because the content of the messages don't upset me, what upsets me is that businesses operate like this.

I am attaching pictures of both the private message that the owner sent to me through Yelp and the laughing hard emoji that the technician sent to my personal cell phone after I posted the original review. If you read my original review carefully you will see that it almost matches the private message that the owner sent to me. Also, it is funny how the owner has a public and private persona as you can clearly tell from the public reply to my comment that he is very nice and apologetic whereas on the private message sent to me the story is quite different.

Next steps for me - propagate this review through other sites, including my community's Facebook page which includes around 600 households. I cannot recommend a service that acts in such a childish manner. Also as next step will be to dispute the $65 charge with my credit card company for services not rendered.

- Did not fix the problem and I still had to pay $65 for service visit, it's a little bit fair because he spent almost two hours trying to fix the problem, but still not good as the problem is still there and now I need to contact someone else to fix
