2 years ago I had Any Time Plumbing, heating and Air come to my home and install a Tankless water heater and water softener.($7,000) I recently started a remodel project on my home and needed to turn electrical breakers off and accidently turned off the water softener. I had AT come out to turn it back on. In the process of giving me a price they spent a great deal of time trying to convince my wife how poor the electrical panel was wired and how it ""could"" effect my soft water system. They also told her that the tankless needed to be flushed once per year because it had yet to be flushed. All said the quote to turn back on and reprogram the water softener (1 hour) and flush the tankless water heater(1 hour) was $851. $381 to reprogram the WS and $470 to flush the TWH! Thats right folks...$425.50 per hour with little to no cost for their work! My wife had the tech call me and explain what they were going to do. After explaining their ""work"" I told him that if the price was $851 to leave and never come back. These guys are absolute crooks! They really do think that the public are stupid! What angered me most was when the AT Tech asked me how much I would be willing to pay to reprogram the WS. When he told me 1 hour i told him I would be willing to pay $125. he said he would do it for $145. So what happened to the $381? NEVER...EVER again! Save your money and go with a smaller company! Same if not better work for a resonable price!

You have a plumber come out to fix a leaky faucet and you end up with a 1600 bill for additional things. Our fault completely because my spouse trusted the guy and after looking took his recomendations

Great service with first plumber, who installed 2 toilets and gave us a written quote for repairing a third toilet. Second plumber came several months later - gave us bad advice on plumbing issue, and would not honor the previous quote-/ charged us double. Tried for months to contact customer service-no response. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
