Terry P.Came out to look at a leaky toilet; charged $83 for call even after we told him we would buy a new toilet and pay his $150 charge for installation. Showed up on time to do the install; had problems fitting some parts together so went to Lowes for different screws. Left his wallet and called me to run it over to him so he could have his TDL to drive back to our place. Took me 30 min. I paid for screws. Then asked for $50 extra for all his time. Total installation costs: $150, + $83 original call + $5.76 for new screws + $50 for extra time. Cost $288 to get simple toilet installed. AND I had to carry the old one to the dump.
Nice guy, but not $288 nice. Will not use him again.
