Unfortunately our project had multiple problems, including plumber-no-shows, and workers who weren't qualified to work on our plumbing. And the work was never completed. I recommend trying every other plumber in town before using Rocketman Plumbing.

Mike Alvarado was referred to me by a co-worker on short notice. Big mistake. Hard to book this guy, then he doesn't return calls/texts in due time and he shows up late all 3 times I booked him (including an easy warranty company situation-he GUARANTEED he would show up NO LATER than 7:30 but didn't show up until 7:45 and caused me to be late for a 9 am appt.) How does it work in baseball? All yeah, 3 strikes and you are out. Completely unprofessional. And that doesn't even take into account the work. I paid him to fix a water heater in my tenant's apt. He finally showed up and said it was fixed on a Wednesday but my Sunday the fix wasn't working and my tenant had no hot water again and was angry with me (instead of Mike) and after calling him immediately he still didn't show up until the following Thursday then he had the gall to state it was not his error but my tenant's fault AND then he double bills me. When I tried to work out a settlement with him over the phone, he got irate and stated he is putting a ""lean"" on my house. I had to correct him and state the right term is a ""lien"". Unreal.

Sometimes it can be difficult finding honest tradesman in this town. We were opening a new business in town and needed a real plumber for tenant improvments on our new space. The project was fairly substantial including saw cutting slab, new sinks, bathrooms, floor drains...etc. These guys are great! On time, on budget, and a pleasure to work with. Great and fast service. I had to have my A/C serviced and noticed that my kitchen faucet was fading fast, leaking and getting ready to fall apart. Jerry came out to take care of everything and was also able to return the same week to fix the faucet in addition to the A/C.

Very friendly and professional service. I have been using them for several years now and will continue to do so.

If you by any chance think of calling DJ'S Plumbing...don't. Unreliable - made an appt. and they never called just never showed up. When we called for an explanation the sassy receptionist didn't have an explanation just a sassy comeback. So try your luck and give them a try or call another company that cares about their customers. Don't be tricked into thinking they are ""Preferred Plumbing""...nothing like this company somehow they acquired the name, I'm sure the previous owner is disappointed.

We recently needed to replace our water heater for a much larger unit. I reached out to DJ and he came by the same day to take a look and provide me with different options and estimates. He was very professional and the price was fair. His crew came out the next day and completed the replacement. The crew was very friendly, professional and sanitary. DJ even showed up on the job to make sure everything was going well. Install went well and passed inspection perfectly the day after. We found our new go to plumber. Highly recommend their services!

We contacted DJs to replace a leaking dishwasher drain tube and replace the kitchen sink faucet. They were able to come out the next day. It was not an easy job working in a difficult to access space under the sink. The faucet was the original one that came with the house 42 years ago and was very difficult to remove due to corrosion. Delano worked hard at it and managed to replace the drain tube and the faucet. He then tested the whole work for leaks. Unfortunately, a flaw in the new drain tubing produced a leak. Delano volunteered to go to the store, brought back a new one and replaced it again, He tested it all again, and all was working well. He cleaned up the area. The charge was very reasonable. We definitely would use them again.

I called this company twice over a period of two years, and both times, they were extremely responsive and reasonably priced. Then I asked for an estimate for something else, and they just wouldn't cough it up. I don't know why. When I asked for the estimate two more times, I got the impression that I bother D.J. That is not a good feeling to have as a customer.
