Don't waste your time with them. By far the most expensive quote I've got for plumbing. The quote is just a single item, no breakdown or anything. And it's the highest price by 50%. Save yourself the trouble.

DO NOT USE THEM! Save yourself from using them. They quote you a price per hour which we were lied to and no matter what the quote is if it's a higher quote than they still charge you the quote just bcuz it's what was quoted no adjustment. i will never recommend them to anyone.

President seems to be a good person. Make sure to ask questions about things to avoid confusion. They have a billing system that is designed to overcharge the customer by hundreds of dollars. Charged $675 for an hour and eighteen minutes of work. $160 an hour $2.6667 per minute for 18minutes = 48 dollars plus 75 in parts= $283 dollars $672 -$283 = $389. When I said something at first they offered $80 on the next service which was an insult, after multiple calls I was offered $193.73 in a refund, which still leaves a balance of $195.27 left. With no explanation of why it was charged. Do not agree to their estimates,they are extreme and it is not an estimate,it's what they will charge you.
The more I think about it the angrier I get. Look elsewhere for your plumbing repair!!

Beware of this company. They sent out two technicians to service my air conditioners. I'm not sure what they did while they were here. The cameras caught one of them standing around most of the time. By the time they left several hours later, one of my units had been drained of refrigerant and was no longer working. When I questioned the technician about why he would have done that, he maintained that there was a leak in the line. I told him there was no leak in the line, as I had not had any problem with the AC. I asked him what I was supposed to do now that the AC wasn't working, and he told me they could write an estimate to come out and restore the refrigerant to get it working again. I told him I was having a gathering that weekend and could not afford to not have a functioning AC, and that they shouldn't have done that. I contacted the office immediately and didn't hear back until 4 days later. Meanwhile, I was able to get technicians from other HVAC companies out here to give me estimates, and ended up spending nearly $2,000 to restore the system. While the company initially apologized for the error, they only agreed to not charge for the visit, but the owner refused to compensate me for the costs I incurred to have the unit cleaned and recharged with refrigerant. I was very disappointed that the owner did not step up to do the right thing.

Ten days since they were supposed to come, my heater is still not fixed. To make matters much worse, I can never get a straight answer about what is going on or when they are going to come back. They have stood me up five times. What a nightmare.

Well didn't think I'd be changing my mind this fast, but the sink is still leaking, albeit much more slowly. I called Rocketman back to see what they could do and they told me they'd charge another $160 to come back out and try again. That seems pretty unfair so I'm going to try somewhere else this time.

Just used Rocketman for the third time in a year today, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have cleared our sewer line, replaced our water heater, and today replaced our main water line into the house. They are very responsive and priced fairly. The work on the water line was truly exceptional. They were able to accomplish it all in one day. They left the yard the same way they found it, including laying new plastic under our rock. All work was accomplished without having to break the sidewalk to access the city meter. Every inch of dirt was cleaned up. Every plumber they have sent us has been top notch, and today we got to work with the owner Kyle. Do not hesitate to call Rocketman for your plumbing needs.

Main line plugged, whole house on quarantine and they came out and fixed it next day. Easy no judgment and pricing was great! Will definitely use again since my kids love flushing anything but toilet paper.
