First two contacts for different issues with that first being borderline condescending. the third I got some hillbilly who's crude demeanor was for the most part was in bad taste. And then with an overcharge that I had to call on. Work tho was excellent in spite of his behavior.

I will never do business with this plumbing service again due to the highly unprofessional and disturbing behavior of the plumber while he was in my home. After completing the work, the plumber mocked my sight disability at great length, made fun of my last name like a middle school bully, and then told me that he ""enjoys giving women a hard time"" because he ""has all the power now as an older man.""
I reported his behavior to customer service, but the business owner hasn't responded to my complaint.

I now have heat in my first floor zone--after 2 years. Two years of unreturned calls to other companies, unkept promises to ""check it out"". Called Anytime, Jen called me right back. Andrew and Conner showed up for the repair (due to blocked heater hose it was fairly extensive) and though it took longer, they graciously stuck it out and well; Ready for winter!! The bonus was when I got the bill: because it was LESS that what my ""previous"" heating company from Weymouth charged to come out and fiddle-fart for 3 hours without finding or resolving anything! I've served Anytime notice: they are on my speed-dialer now!! Couldn't be more pleased with the honesty, industry, and considerate personnel.

I would give a zero rating if I could. I called on a Saturday with a furnace not working. The tech came out and spent approximately 30 min at the furnace. He told me it needed to be cleaned out and to call on Monday for that service. He left me with no heat in the dead of winter and gave ma a bill for $252. He said I was being charged from the time he called me. I was shocked. I feel like I was totally taken advantage of. I contacted the company and I was told the owner got my message. He never bothered to contact me back. I called an honest plumber on the next day (Sunday) He came out and cleaned my furnace and ordered parts that needed to be replaced.

Recently had a Generac generator installed and the electrical installers use Anytime plumbing as a sub contractor. Did an excellent job in this 100+ year old house installing a new gas line from the meter to the generator. Explained all the work to be done and then walked me through the completed installation. Would definitely consider hem for any future needs.

Just bought my very old house 2 months ago and this morning awoke to a burst pipe in the bathroom. Near tears I scrambled trying to locate a plumber from an online directory. Anytime Plumbing answered my call without even having to leave a message. On a Saturday morning! The plumber Mike called me promptly and arrived at my house one hour later just as he said he would. He was friendly, professional, and got right to work - not dilly dallying on my dime.
He fixed the problem 90 min later and this included travel time to get a part that he did not have. He showed me some things in my very old basement relating to pipe materials, shut offs, etc. My headache is gone and my weekend saved. Shout out to Mike and Anytime Plumbing!

I've used Anytime Plumbing for the 23 yrs I've lived in my home. I've always been very pleased with their work and response time.
Today I had to use them for a problem with kitchen water (I had been without water for 2 days). I was put on the urgent list and within 2 hrs, they responded. Matt and Shawn were polite and in an 1-1/2 hr I had new faucet and water.
I'm still waiting since 11:45 am to receive a call back from another local company.
Pricing was extremely reasonable. Even offered a senior discount.
I would recommend Anytime to all.

Don't waste your time with these people. Unless you have a large job(s).
I couldn't get an hourly rate, then a week later I was told an amount.
I only have 3 faucets to replace, and requested a ""ballpark"" figure for time. I emphasized ""estimate"" & not a quote, understanding that things come up.
They refused to give even an extremely general estimate! Plumbers that can't ballpark how long it will take them to install a faucet? I don't think so. Also this ""attitude"" or practice makes it IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPARE their prices to other prices I have.
I asked if the did small residential work, they said yes but obviously cannot be bothered. VERY Deceptive.

Awful company, I have dealt with these people for about 25 years and never had a problem with them in the past, but now I don't know if they got rid of all their good workers and hired new people or what, but these new guys are inexperienced and don't have a clue how to fix a boiler. I had no heat back on Dec 13, it was after hours so I knew it would cost more, no problem. The guy came out at 8pm with his buddy. They were downstairs looking around. I told them it wasn't igniting, Changed out the filter and left $310. One week and a day later NO HEAT AGAIN. Call again. Told them the guy was out a week ago for the same exact problem, didn't think it was fair to have to pay more labor since the problem wasn't taken care of. Came out told this guy its not igniting. He told me he didn't think that was the problem but would look into it. He left for an hour, on my dime and then returned with an ignition transformer (or something like that). Basically to fix the ignition, which I told both people before they even came out to the house. You would think they would bring that part just in case. Nope. $292. 3 weeks later, come home NO HEAT AGAIN. The first guy changed the filter but didn't bother to brush out the soot, second guy came and fixed ignition but didn't make sure the wires were connected to ignite properly. I called the secretary and told her I didn't feel I should have to pay a second time for labor, they should stand by their work and they came out for the same problem. She said she would leave a note for the owner/manager and have him call. Never received a call. Very unprofessional right there. If the first guy would have done his job instead of bringing his friend with him and trying to get out as quick as possible it wouldn't have cost me almost $1000 in a month to fix the problem that I told them to look into in the first place. Will never do business with them again. Gone way down hill. Done with Anytime, called a different company. They came out found the problem, and fixed it within an hour. Told us they get a lot of calls from people who have worked with Anytime and had to have someone else fix the problem that they didn't.
