If I could leave zero stars I would, Mac Was the worst tech. He was smoking on my property, broke the pipe and the water shut off handle. He literally broke off the handle and mangled the bolt intact to the point that he stripped it. He lies on his reports and this company is sticking up for him. I have videos of him doing this and they have not provided all actual photos from arrival to end of their visit to our home warranty.

When I got the notification from the Water District that I used too much water to have it checked, Marc from Anytime Plumbing did an excellent job, identifying the problem and completing the job.

Stay away from this company. Customer service was very rude. We were charged for a simple estimate, even though most companies offer free estimates. Will not be using this company again.

I had an EMERGENCY flood situation from a hose spigot pipe. It was muddy, messy & terrifying. Albert showed up within an hour & handled it like a champ, for far less than I was expecting to pay. I'm glad I didn't call HIPS plumbing again. I'll call Anytime Plumbing if I have any future issues, & request Albert Solis. I was very pleased with him & his work.

We called Anytime out to our business for HVAC repairs. They charged me $400 on the spot. The repair did not work. Called them back and they did not address or resolve the issue. Reached out to management and no response. Finally I had to dispute the charge. That they responded to (to fight it). Still not a word from management about the $400 they essentially took for doing no work. Avoid like the plague.

Initial call
- spoke to dispatch after being lost in thier system after inquiring on YELP for service. Yes, I had to call after submitting my request for service because they lost me. 1st red flag. After speaking to dispatch and confirming my availability, I was told I would be called the day of, 30 to 45 mins before arrival. An estimate will be given, and if agreed, can start work asap. MEANING, make sure to have the whole day off because they do not know when they will be available. Granted I know it gets busy, but no time frame at all? Red flag 2. Because of this inconvenience, I missed the first appointment. What did I do, for the next appointment I scheduled a day off.

August 1st
So after confirmation again of a call 30 to 45 min out with free estimate, I'm waiting for the toilet teck to show. What happens within 5 mins of arriving? Talk of a service fee. Ignoring this, I take him to the scene of the accident. After explaining what mitigation already did and my expectations, he goes into telling me he has to charge 1 hour service fee before he can give an estimate. I look this man Francisco in his eyes and asked him, so your telling me that after 2 confirmations of a free estimate and agree of acceptance before work is false. He said yes. $189.95 or so is the numbers given by Francisco to myself. At this point I am highly aggravated. Did I just get click baited? I come from a reputable insurance company, some of you might know my boss Flo. So customer service is high on my list. After kindly asking him to call his dispatch to confirm, I also left a message with them explaining my expectations.

After the call to dispatch and my insurance, I decided then to pass. 3 red flags is good enough.

Unfortunately I do not do well with misrepresentation. And please find a way to give your customers a time range for appointments. 30min before arrival, especially in my expertise, is quite the inconvenience. A whole day is several clients to me vs your 1. Never again.

I had a last minute HVAC repair needed on a Saturday and technician Rick responded within 3 hours or so. He found the issue right away, fixed it and I felt the pricing was fair. He also sought my approval before doing any work.

Anytime Plumbing saved the day (and our sanity)!

We had two different HVAC companies out to our business Fingerprinting Express and they both gave us the runaround, saying we needed a mechanical engineer and that we had a whole laundry list of issues. We were feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, until we called Anytime Plumbing.

They came out IMMEDIATELY and diagnosed the problem right away - turns out it was just a return that needed to be moved and some airflow adjustments. They fixed everything quickly and efficiently, and their customer service was absolutely fantastic.

Not only did they save us from the headache of dealing with those other companies, but their price was incredibly reasonable too. I cannot recommend Anytime Plumbing enough! They are honest, reliable, and truly go above and beyond for their customers.
