Matt from anytime plumbing is a true professional. He is knowledgeable, honest and prompt. He did a fabulous job on converting my tub to shower in my bathroom. Don't trust just anyone to do the job. Las week my water heater went on the blink and I called them. Within an hour I had a call back telling me that a service man (Donnie) would be coming in to install a new water heater. He showed up within the time given and had the installation finished in 90 minutes. I was extremely happy with his courtesy and professionalism. Long story short. They quoted service charges over phone. Technician tripled the prices than cut it in half when I protested but still more than quoted (all before any service was done) but we had sewage backing up so spend more money or have more sewage in the house. which I'm sure he was counting on. He Snaked the sewer line got 80' in and didn't pull anything out. Nothing yet obviously we were having a blockage and he had a 100' snake so he could've gone further in but at the time said he couldn't that the pipes were small. Said there was a 30 day warranty and blamed old pipes for our problems. 29th day, 1 day before the warranty expired the sewer line was backing up again! Anytime Plumbing got the same technician out same day (which is why they are getting one star they did get the plumber out same day on a warranty call). But as you'll read it was a complete farce. This time he said he could only get 40' in because ""our pipes are too small"" absolutely forgetting he got 80' in last time. Like we are stupid And telling us we'd need to have them do about 1k of work to fix our problem. What a scam. We rented a snake from Home Depot and got all 100' in (20' more than David did the first time and 60' more than he did the second time) and we managed to to get a whole bunch of garbage that was actually causing the blockage out. We who have never snaked anything did more and with more success than the ""professional plumber"" sent out by Anytime Plumbing twice. Our experience is you'll spend less with a lot more results if you do it yourself, than if you pay them to do the job or in our case pay them to NOT fix the problem.

Very disappointed! Had a sink and garbage disposal installed by Anytime Plumbing two years ago. Two weeks after installation, my sink/disposal was leaking. Tech came out and fixed it. Fast forward two years later, i find a leak coming from my garbage disposal. Noticed all my screws were loose. Tighten them myself and still had a leak. Gave anytime a call. They sent a tech out. He gave me an outrageous quote! One would think, if a customer spent a good amount of money with you and there seems to be a quality issue with installation, they would stand behind they're work! Customers shouldn't have an issue for at least 5 years with a garbage disposal! Got another plumber to come out and got it fixed. Anytime just lost a customer!!

We have used Anytime Plumbing for several past jobs (old house), and loved them. Plumbing problems are always an unexpected expense, but I have never felt like I wasn't getting the best deal possible.
This time around, we had a really big problem with our hot water. Mac McDermott diagnosed the problem and worked with us to get it resolved.
He works fast! It made me tired just watching. But he also makes sure the job is done RIGHT. And when we had questions, he was more than willing to answer.
We will definitely be using Mac at Anytime Plumbing again. He knows his stuff!

Service from David was outstanding. He was truly focused on finding my problem. He even had to dig around to find that the landscapers had covered the clean out with felt and gravel. He made sure that all the lines were clear before he left. He was fast, professional, and even fabulous with my dogs. Anytime will be who I call from now on.
