This was the worst plumbing company I have ever had to deal with! They were unable to follow simple requests such as 30 min call ahead requests and showed up to my home twice without an appointment. They never answered the phone and I always had to initiate contact to get anything done. It took them two weeks to replace a leaking sink.

Anytime Plumbing is the most unethical business I have ever dealt with. My wife and I bought our first house in October of 2016 and by the beginning of December we had a pipe burst in our crawl space below our house. Anytime plumbing was the first willing to respond the night we discovered it, but with hindsight I realize I should have waited until the next morning for another company. I attempt to be a reasonable customer and understand that a smaller business like this is probably overworked and understaffed. I attempt to support these businesses because I want to attempt to help working people like myself, but I now realized that larger companies typically have better oversight.

Anyways, Justin the owner of Anytime Plumbing(good luck getting them to tell you their company's name) came out and looked at the crawl space and essentially told me it was really bad. He then did not give me any estimate, but asked if I had my deductible ready(my deductible is $1,000.00). With hindsight I realize a legitimate company bills my insurance first and then I get an invoice. Like a dummy I handed him $500.00 upfront and paid the other $500.00 later. Luckily I had Justin sign a receipt showing I paid him because it took them weeks to drain the water and bring in a giant machine that took up the entryway to my home for a week right around Christmas. Not only did this machine not properly dry my crawl space it jacked up my electrical bill over $250.00. I was passively told my Justin upon ""final inspection""(after two weeks) that it was dry and they would return to put in new insulation and a vapor barrier once the insurance company pays them(also suspicious), they came and took out the machinery and never returned.

Three months go by in an attempt to contact Justin to see if he has contacted my insurance. I have contacted him 31 times since they removed the machinery to try and see if I can help and to see what the progress was. He either did not respond or told me he would call me back and never did. Not to mention I went down into the crawl space which was a mess and it still appeared really humid and wet.

So I had another contractor Abbot's Fire and Flood(great company!) come out and do a second inspection. Not only was the inspection reliable, but their President conducted the inspection. He provided me with evidence showing that the crawl space was not properly dried and that the work was not professionally done at all. They then got the job done in 5 days, replacing my insulation and vapor barrier. They did not ask for a cent before the work was done.

I then tried to get a refund from Justin and began speaking to India his Operations Manager. Oh by the way, they didn't even send me an invoice until 2/28/217 after repeated requests that they do so(remember my issue happened in Dec. When they did send me one it simply was a total amount due. I had to then request again an itemized invoice, which they provided with all the work that was not done on the invoice. They additionally try to charge the insurance company for things like ""goggles"" and ""boot covers"", which may I add they don't use. If they walked through my house they took their work boots off and walked in their socks. In short they are trying to screw your insurance company over too, which will hurt you when the insurance doesn't want to pay for that crap.

Anyways, when I told Justin and India that I wanted a refund they essentially said they only billed me for extraction of water and drying the crawl space. Oh so now all the wet insulation and vapor barrier is my problem I guess...Then India told me she wanted to keep me as a customer and said she would call me this last Monday 3/6/17 at 1030 and behold, she never called. I am now out $1,000.00 and they are crooks. Please I beg anyone that reads this to stay away from them. If you have already been ripped off by them do not let them off the hook.

Anytime did a sewer line job on the neighbors property that backs up to my property (the houses are back-to-back...no fence). Since access to the job was easier from my property, they asked if they could park in the cul-de-sac, run a backhoe up my driveway to their property, do the job on the weekend, and run the backhoe back out. I agreed. Over the next several weeks (yes, ""weeks"") I would occasionally find a pickup or two parked in my driveway while they worked this job. Since it wasn't overly intrusive, I didn't worry about it. One night I came home and found a large equipment trailer (think large horse trailer) parked in my driveway next to the house. I called the number on the trailer and left a voicemail. Someone stopped that night to apologize for it being there and that it would be gone by 7:30 the next morning (I later learned that this equipment belonged to a subcontractor - Olson Plumbing - working on Anytime's behalf). Turns out it was a compressor that ran all night. The next afternoon it was still there when I returned home. I called the number on the trailer to have it removed, which was done that night. The next morning there were workers in my driveway stretching out sewer line lining and backing a van up my driveway. I informed them I was done having them use my property for access and work area and asked them to use the easement if they needed needed some space. I was told it would only take 30 minutes and it was the ""only way"" they could do the job. I called Anytime and asked when they would be done with the job and they confirmed the next Monday they would be filling in the hole and neither they nor any subcontractors would need to be there again. When I got home Monday night, the backhoe and an additional bobcat was parked up against (but not, technically on) my driveway and Anytime's truck was parked in the cul-de-sac at the other end of my driveway. I called the next morning and told them they were no longer authorized to use my property for access or to perform work. The woman that took down the information indicated she would bring it to the Office Manager and get it taken care of. When I returned home, the hole where the work was done was filled in, the backhoe was on the street at the end of my cul-de-sac, I had a puddle of fluid in my driveway, two lines of fluid dripped the length of my driveway, and tire tracks of fluid the length of the driveway from driving through the puddle of fluid. My cable/internet also wasn't working that night. The cable company indicated it looked like the line was cut. I'll let you do the math. Since the first weekend, I was never asked to continue using my property for any purpose.

My front yard was dug up for 7 weeks awaiting insurance approval which Anytime did nothing to help expedite. When the job was approved, it took them 11 days to come out and complete the work. After 7 weeks......I was no longer a priority. I literally had raw sewage in the hole in my front yard and minimal use of the facilities inside my home. Most of the on-site workers were polite, some not so much. I think they should have completed the job immediately after getting approval. I would not suggest Anytime for sewer line work.

So disappointed. This company should be ashamed.

Before posting this review I called to speak with the owner to gain a resolution. I left a message with Ashley, who said he would call back within a day. Of course, he never called.

I've used this company several times with average results. As a single women, plumbers are tempted to overcharge and over-dramatize the job. I thought I could trust Anytime, within reason.

Keep reading ... the story is embarrassing and shameful.

My water heater wouldn't stay lit. The unit was 10 years old and Randy advised me it may be time for a new one. A service call to tell me I need a new water heater was $125.00. So, I purchased a new unit, the brand that Randy recommended from Home Depot (awesome service) and scheduled the installation with Anytime Plumbing.

Anytime Plumbing charged me $550.00 to simply install the water heater and remove the old one. He didn't finish the venting, as he didn't bring the parts. So, the job was left undone and I was unsure when Randy would return.

The next day I woke to a significant amount of water on the floor and an obvious leak from joint on the outside of the water heater. This pipe is there to release pressure in the water heater. It appeared Randy used the old pipe from the old water heater. When I pointed out the leak he told me that I have thermal pressure problem and we needed to add a tank for the overflow. Another, $250.00.

After Randy left, I started thinking through the information he told me. It simply didn't add up. My significant other aka boyfriend did a little research, as did I and we found that the overflow tank he installed is primarily used to balance the cold water flow. For example, it cures the dreaded cold water rush in the shower when flushing the toilet.

Wow, I've been ripped off from time to time but this is a new low. The labor cost alone for a hot water installation totaled $925.00. This was on top of the cost of the water heater. :(.

Shame, on you Anytime! Its only been 8 days, so fingers crossed that nothing else goes wrong.

Run away from this company. They are not honest and made no effort to rectify my concerns.

Stay away from This company. The night before we were headed out for vacation our shower faucet began to leak a steady stream. We called Anytime Plumbing and had them come out for a after hours repair. We were told that they might not be able to fix it because the parts stores were closed. They said they might be able to go to Lowes or depot and find the part. We went to lowes and picked up every cartridge they had for our brand of faucet. The plumber came out and told us that he was unable to pull the handle off because it was stripped. He also said that the parts we had purchased were not going to work. He said that he would have someone schedule an appt. for the next day (Friday) someone would call us between 8 and 9. At 9:30 my daughter called and scheduled an appt. for 4pm. Someone from the office called at 2:30 and said that the plumber was stuck on another job. She asked if they could reschedule for Saturday. They did make an appt for 9a. No plumber showed up so at 10a my daughter called to see what was going on. she was told that the plumber was at a job until late and that he must have over slept. She said that she would call him then call her. 10:30 still no call. Finally the plumber showed up at 11a. He had to cut the handle off the faucet. After doing so and replacing the cartridge (which is why it was leaking) he said that he didn't have the right handle. He told our daughter that the person that came out in the first place was not plumber and that he didn't like working after him. He said Monday that he would have the right handle and be back Monday after 4p. Needless to say Monday comes and I called the office. I was informed that they did not have the handle so maybe on Tuesday. I informed them that I would be calling another plumbing company to finish the work that they couldn't do. It took 4 days to get this far. This repaired sho uld not have taken more that an hour. I was told that the delay was my fault because I bought the wrong parts on Thursday. When we got back from vacation we met with the new plumber. He said that there was a sleeve missing. I called Anytime to get the part. The man told me he would go back and look to see if the had it. He came back to the phone and said that they did. I told him I would come pick it up. We drove from Rockrimmon to the airport area. They handed me a box. I opened the box and it was the wrong parts that they had purchased with none of the original parts there. I was then told that the sleeve was on my table in the bathroom. (we don't have a table) I told them that there was nothing in there. At this time I was told that my daughter must have done something with it. I guess their business statement is: If we don't do the work right blame the customer. Stay away form this company.

This bussiness was recommended by friend. It was the first place I phoned. Not only was the person answering the phone and setting up the first visit, informative and knowledgeable but you immediately felt they cared about your problem. Everyone who we came in contact with were friendly and took great care to keep the mess as contained as possible. Let me say my job was a very messy one. When all was said and done they left my home very neat (I had 28 foot of basement floor jack-hammered up, one foot wide and about a foot deep in some places) The supervisor was in and out all day to see that things went as they should. The followup the next day was done to see if we were happy with everything. They are a full service company worth calling even for smaller jobs. THANK YOU ANYTIME PLUMBING!!! PETER & ELAINE
