We had a broken faucet needed immediate attention and it was 430 pm. So we called anytime plumbing. They showed up at 7:30 pm which is great after hours service awesome. They didn't have parts to fix it. So they said we will get parts in the morning and be back to fix it. Next day never showed up and I called at 730 pm and they said yea I got stuck at another job. Shouldn't be anyone ahead of me as they were already at my job the night before. Next day day 3 no water to my sink still call and hey said he has 2 jobs to do first. How is this possible??? Finally 230pm third day I said to myself forget it I will fix myself. They finally called me at 4:30 said plumber was On his way I said forget it now can't go 3 days without water. Wanted $850 to replace faucet and takes 3 days to come back to do work. Suggest you find another plumber

This place is AWEFUL!!! One of there plumber's came to my house and put a $3 ring on my toilet that was never leaking and charged me $200.00. Leak I had was coming from behind my bathroom wall and they had no idea what they were doing to try and diagnose the problem. I asked for a refund and they said they would get back to me and never called back and avoided my calls when I tried to get an answer. They are a bunch of shady crooks!!! STAY AWAY!!

You would be better off using a blind worm install anything rather than calling them. Their young guy B installed a garbage disposal and forgot got to knockout the drainage plug for my Dishwasher which was working like a champ prior to his attempt to install the garbage disposal. 2 service calls to my home owners insurance failed to find this issue and their only suggest was to move the Dishwasher closer to the drain. So I spent a day reworking everything and it still didn't fix it. So at 1:00 in the morning after the Dishwasher failed again I took the channel clamp of and found my finger wouldn't enter the chamber of the disposal. So I pull up the instructions on Insinkerator.com and low and behold the you have to punch out the knockout before installing the garbage disposal. As such they had to pay for my entire kitchen floor to be replaced. Stay away from these guys.

Another 5-star experience today. Our water softener officially bit the dust and was gushing water all over the side yard. The shutoff valve for it didn't work. Anytime Plumbing was out to my house on a Sunday within an hour and promptly fixed the issue, for what we considered a very reasonable price. My house is now 30-plus years old, so we've entered the """"what's going to go wrong and break today"""" phase of homeownership, as such, we've had to call Anytime Plumbing out 3 times now over the past 3 years for various issues. They've always been prompt, courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced.

I hired them through ITEX barter group. I was told they would barter up to the first $50 in parts and their service call is covered 100%. A young man came to my home, tracked dirt inside and asked to see the toilets. They were running. He said he needed to replace the flappers in both toilets. He said that I had to write a check for $60 for the parts and that the labor was $194.95. I told him that was outrageous and he said to take it up with his office. He was in my home about 10 minutes total. I complained to ITEX barter and spoke to the broker Jim Young. He told me that he was surprised and sent me the owners phone number. I called and spoke to Rhonda. She said that she had no idea how much their charges are or should be and that she would have Al the owner call me. He has not. IT HAS BEEN WEEKS I have been quite patient but I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE FROM EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
