Lowell showed up wearing a mask. He repaired my leaky sink and unplugged the pipes quickly and did not leave me with a mess. He was very nice. I have an outdoor bathtub I am working on and he saw me putting a drain together and offered me plumbers putty. He then got a tool and helped me tighten it, just to be a nice guy. He also gave me great advice on a pipe leak on the jets and I was finally able to make some progress because of it. He went far above and beyond and I was so grateful. I will definitely use them in the future and ask for Lowell.

Dishwasher starting leaking all over the kitchen on a Sunday morning. Anytime was able to help me over the phone - directed me to where to find the shut off valve for the water line to the dishwasher. Very responsive at no charge!

At around noon yesterday, your driver intentionally and unneccessarily cut me off while on the road yesterday. As we
were approaching a left turn signal, he was behind me when he pulled into the lane to the right of us, sped up and without even fully passing my vehicle, proceeded to pull back into my lane, squeezing my vehicle between other cars, forcing me to manuever my vehicle into the far left lane of traffic to my left, forcing me to slow down so he wouldn't side-swipe my vehicle! He didn't use the left turn signal and didn't even flinch when I honked at him. I knew it was intentional, because he was right behind me when he appeared to decide to get into the lane on our right and go around. I wasn't driving slow (as I was on a schedule myself) so I didn't understand his need to rush and get around my vehicle. It was rude and uncalled for. I noticed your company he was driving for (and the Oregon tree license plate 601 JYC) and took personal note. He should be aware as he drives your company van, he represents your business. Driving or not, an employee working on the job should practice good work ethics and show respect and be mindful towards others. Bad behavior can turn potential customers away from your business and send them to your competitors.
Because of his (un)professional driving behavior, I will refrain from using your services if I ever have plumbing/draining issues.

I am a service manager for a 172 unit complex and my experince with anytime has been nothing but Awsome, from Jen getting someone out as soon as possible very professional and courteous to Ricardo responding out in the field getting the job done right the 1st time he was good at his job and very knowledgeable, hands down would use these guys for anything, from commercial to residential 5 stars to the best plumbing company out here in the pacific north west.

Zack from Anytime was fantastic. They had him out quickly after my call and this was right at Christmas time. Zack was professional, polite, kept everything tidy as he worked and left the area cleaner than he found it. Very professional but personable guy - chatted with me, was cool to the kids and even my german Shepherd. ;). Thanks Zack and Anytime. We were subjected to this company through our apartment management. We had a slow moving bathroom drain so, they sent someone out. I was impressed that the first guy was decent enough to cover his work boots with booties but he had zero personality as far as communication or customer service goes. I tried to make conversation but he was like a zombie. At one point, he was in the bathroom texting. He snaked the drain and left. Though the clog was cleared, the pipe itself was now leaking!

The apartment manager called the company back to finish the work but a different guy showed up. The second guy didn't bother to put on booties and tracked in outside gunk onto our carpet. He also had limited communication skills and didn't bother to let us know he was going to replace the entire pipe. Had he communicated this we would have moved items underneath our bathroom sink. As a result, he left a mess all over our toiletries. He didn't bother to clean up before leaving and seemed to be taking it out on us that his co-worker didn't complete the job upon the first visit. He was also texting.
I wouldn't recommend this company.

I recently tried to fix a clogged toilet in my apartment and to make a long story short, I made the situation worse. My apartment maintenance person called anytime plumbing to come out and fix it. They came out in a timely manner- especially for a weekend day. They were professional and very courteous. They did a great job of fixing the damage that I had done. I would call them again for any plumbing problem.
