We had a toilet clog. Told the plumber who came he may need to snake some tree roots. Before even looking at the problem, he tried to upsell me. Wanted hydrojetting for $1K or clear the clog for $700.
Sorry, it's too rich for my blood. I declined his services. I don't understand all these favorable reviews. Did they buy them???

Anytime Plumbing installed a new angle stop and supply line to our toilet. It was not an easy fix, considering the tiny amount of space around the area. Front desk promptly took our information, and within minutes of speaking with Amer who assessed the issue over the phone, Jerry called saying there was a last minute cancellation. Jerry came by within 15 minutes, and in less than an hour the problem was fixed. Communication was top notch. The value was great as well; the cost was $195 for the entire service. I cannot recommend this business enough, and will be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.

Anytime Plumbing is wonderful. I used them a few days ago in Santa Cruz to install two new toilets, a new stainless steel sink, a new kitchen faucet, and to clear a drain. The technician sent me pictures of everything they did. I had some questions after the job was completed, contacted the office, and the technician called me back immediately. Thank you, Anytime!
This will be the third time that I've used them!

Great service. Jerry is experienced and courteous. He know exactly what to do for my faucet and garbage disposal problem. He had all the parts and tools needed. In no time at all I had a new faucet and disposal. I would definitely call Anytime Plumbing for future needs and I'll ask for Jerry again.

Have used Anytime Plumbing several times, and recommended to several friends. But it seems they are doing so well as a company - expanded with new employees and new vehicles - they have doubled their prices. They were at least 30% higher than other estimates on a HW heater replacement.

First call to Amer (owner) was on a Friday 8 am who said he would try to get to me by the end of the day. I didn't hear from them until the following Tuesday am.

I won't be recommending again.

My toilet backed up on a super rainy Saturday. I called Anytime Plumbing, and Sam Spiegel returned my call within a half hour. He was finishing up another job, and told me the approximate time he was available. He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the toilet, and gave me a brief tutorial on what products to use. On a side note, Sam did not get irritated with my little dog who barked at him the entire time he was here! I was apologetic about the pooch's nervous barking, but Sam was very pleasant and understanding about ""little rescue dog issues"". I will highly recommend Anytime Plumbing to all of my Santa Cruz friends and neighbors.
