These guys are the best. Amr, the owner, will do everything in his power to make sure the job is done right. He is hardworking, honest, has flexible hours, and finds a way to fit you into his schedule quickly. He has worked on plumbing needs in our home on a couple of occasions. First was to install a water heater, later to fix a leaking faucet. We have had no issues with the water heater since installment. The faucet seemed like a deceptively simple project. Unfortunately, one of the parts used for the repair was faulty. Amr had to come out two additional times to fix the issue. He ended up replacing the faulty part and not charging for the additional hours. I know I can rely on him for all our plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed!

I would not even give Anytime Plumbing one star if I had a choice to give Zero stars instead. In summary they proved to be incompetent in fixing an exterior gas line leak and then attempted to charge/overcharge for services not rendered. I would make sure that if you contract this company to do any work that you first consider taking a crash course in plumbing

THANK YOU Anytime Plumbing for SAVING me literally $450 by telling me, for free, over the phone, that I just needed to hit the reset button underneath my disposal and it would turn back on.

It worked like a charm, and of all the other companies I talked to today, no one mentioned that. Duncan plumbing was literally at my home and they didn't say anything about that, they went right into selling me a new one.

I know where I will do my business when I actually NEED it. You are a blessing.

I have to agree with all the positive reviews. We had a great experience. Very quick response. they tried to minimize cost to us where they could. Once we determined we had to replace our HWH, they were quick and efficient. They were able to discuss all of the pros and cons of a tankless system and in the end helped us determine that a 50 gal tank system was the best option. They DID NOT try to up sell us, which I found to be very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with hot water heater issues.

I had high hopes as I was badly in need of a reliable plumber and was encouraged by the reviews here and on Angie's List. Victor came out to the house and sized up our problems, seemed very knowledgeable about our issues and advised what needed to be done. I was not charged for that visit, to my surprise, and to their credit, as they did not actually perform any work. I said I wanted to hire them to do the work, and he said I'd need to schedule through his boss. It was difficult to get an appointment scheduled. I should have realized right then that my project was low on their priority list. Once scheduled, I confirmed the day prior, advising the owner that I had to make a special trip (70 miles) to Santa Cruz to be at the house, so I wanted to be sure that we were still on. All systems go. The next day, the appointed time (in the late afternoon) came and went. After waiting two hours, I texted, and he called right away to say that they were running late. OK that's fine, I said. That was the last I heard from him. I didn't want to bug him so I just continued to wait in vain for two more hours, hoping that every truck that drove by would be his, until my son finally told me, ""Give it up, Mom, he's not coming"". I could not believe the discourteousness of it all. Maybe they are great plumbers but I will never know. What I do know is that no matter how busy you are, the owner of a supposedly reputable business should not do this to people.

We had a clog in the house with everything erupting in the shower. I called 2 other plumbing places with the soonest appt. 4 days later. One of them suggested Anytime Plumbing and I'm so glad they did. Amer was very responsive and got to us before the end of the workday. It wasn't a simple fix but he did the job thoroughly and professionally. I liked the combination of phone and texting for being in touch with him and getting info to him. I will definitely use him in the future!!!

I've had many plumbers over the years, with varied satisfaction, but Amer with Anytime Plumbing was hands down the best. I texted him and received a call within minutes. He came out on schedule and completed the task perfectly. In fact, he did a few extras without any additional charge.
I will never go anywhere else.
