this company was sent to me by Florida Public Utilities to install a tankless gas water heater. They attempted to work without obtaining a legal permit. They were caught by inspectors and I was forced into paying the fine for their negligence. I was told I had to pay in full or they would not finish the job. I paid on May 6th in full and they still have not completed. They have failed inspections twice and caused damage to my property. I called them 3 times to let them know their worker damaged the handle on my outside faucet and left it leaking and I did not get any response at all. I had to hire another plumber to repair it. I have asked for my 'lien release' more than once, and I still have not received it. After 6 weeks, I still have an 'eyesore' in my backyard and a liability. I'm really not sure how much more damage I will find after I complete the back-fill. Yes, I'm finishing the job because I don't trust them to do it without damaging something else. What a disappointment they turned out to be.

Great experience. We had a houseful of out of town family and our brand new hot water heater started to leak. I called for emergency service and left a message. The owner, George, called me within two minutes. He offered a temporary solution so we wouldn't have to pay the emergency fee. I opted to continue with the after hours service. The technician, Andy, was at my house in less than 45 min. He was amazing. He was great and quickly diagnosed the problem and once repaired, he stayed for quite some time to trouble shoot any potential issues that might still occur. Their fees were very reasonable and worth it. I will definitely be using them again.

These guys should show up at your door wearing a red cape. See what happened was. Last Tueasday. Yes, Taco Tuesday. My girlfriend and I went to Rocco's Tacos and had one to many bowls of guacamole and refried beans to say the least. Well everything was delicious, as always but later that night. It all backfired. Literally. We managed to clogg two toilets on different bathrooms in the same house at the same time. Or so we thought. We called Anytime and a tech was at the door in about 45 minutes. Less the red cape. Long storry, and plumbing snake later. Problem solved. I braced myself for the bill and to my surprise it was totally reasonable. So much so that we gave the tech a 30% tip. Thank You Anytime for saving us from a shitty situation. And to all Taco Tuesday fan's out there a word of advice. 'Use one bathroom at a time. Or you better call Anytime'
