EXCELLENT service, professional and friendly! I had an emergancy gas situation that required replacement of gas lines. My first contact was with Bart. My second contact was Mark, h told me when he would be at the property and they were very punctual and knowledgable on bringing everything to code. I also had a problem with a sprinkler pump and they were able to handle everything in a timely manor. I highly recommend Anytime Plumbing and Gas and plan to keep using them again!

We had a water heater burst and leak all over the back room in our house. After calling Andy at Anytime Plumbing and Gas, he assured us he'd be over first thing in the morning to replace the heater. True to his word, he arrived first thing in the morning, completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use Andy again as well as refer him to others!

We came down to our home after having a renter stay here for a week. The toilet had backed up, into the shower and it was a MESS!!! Bart came out on a Friday night and took care of it for us. He was a life saver! Could not be happier with the service.

Since my last review 1/31/2017 i have had anytime plumbing come out 3 times. Once for a routine maintenance of tankless water heater and once for an alarm that was going off. """"Mark"""" our technician has been on time, extremely helpful and does an excellent job. We now requested Mark for our appliance install and once again he is fantastic. Mark you are a credit to your Company. Thanks

They charged a lot to rebuild the inside of 3 toilets and replace a house shut-off valve. The """"helper"""" was well let's say not the sharpest tool in the shed. He went to the wrong water meter and insisted it was ours. Then Sean said well it must be the right meter and I was wrong the other day. Long story short I had found the correct meter and then they had change their tactics. The job was done quickly, but one of them went through one of my jewelry boxes. I don't think anything was taken, I keep the expensive pieces locked up. It was just not right to snoop like that. Would they have taken anything valuable if they found it, I'm not sure. I won't hire them again though, between the high cost and the going through my belongings.

We have recently contracted Anytime Plumbing to change from well water to city water. We began this process with Anytime in October 2016 and as of this Monday, February 2017 we now have city water. At first they seemed to be on track with this work. Very quickly things went way off track. They had to dig from our well to the city water meter. They dug for an entire day, two days later we were told that the meter was completely on the other side and they had to re dig creating quite a mess. We were told that the permit was ready to go and later found out that they filed with the wrong city. The building inspector was out 5 times and we failed all five times as Anytime forgot to install what was needed or was not to the proper specs. We called just about every day for the three months and someone would tell us one thing and someone else would tell us something else. They did not seem to know the process of going from well to city water. Shouldn't a plumbing company know how this works? We were told that George was the owner, he was completely out of the picture. would not return our calls, come to our property to confirm the mess that his team had left our property in for 3 months. Once we failed the inspection for the 4th time we did hear from George and then again, of course when he wanted payment It was hard even giving this company one star, our recommendation would be to fine another company, One that knows the business, cares about their customers and delivers on their promise Do not use Anytime Plumbing.

Tank-less water heater installed - Scheduling horrible and work had to be re-done three times. First guy was scheduled late so he had to leave before work was complete, second guy came and made it a mess - looked like a fifth grader did the work. Third time two guys came, very professional and had to re-do lots of second guys work to make it look somewhat professional. Then they did not paint external pipe (as per code) - when I pressed, they came back to do it. And they left parts unpainted - just a hassle - it would have taken 1 minute to complete it. Work was, ultimately, fine (water heater installed and working), but having to go 3-4 rounds to get something done correctly that could have been done first time - not worth it at all.

I debated 3 stars or 2 for Anytime. They installed a tankless Eemax Home Advantage water heater for us in June. Routine, non-emergency. They were professional, showed up when they said they would. But the water heater is very unsatisfactory and I think they should have done more to resolve the problems, since they are the company we hired and the item is what they recommended. It works, but something is not right. I rarely say I hate something, but I HATE this water heater. It does give us very hot water, and that's the only reason I'd give two stars instead of one. Whenever the hot water is running, we hear loud rrrr, rrrrr, rrrr in the rooms near the water heater (bedroom, bathroom, hallway). Whenever the hot water is turned on, every light in the house flickers the whole time until the water is turned off. Anytime told us their price was all-inclusive, but later stated that they did not include the cost of obtaining permits since they didn't think we'd want to do that. We persisted and agreed on an additional price, so they did get the proper permits to have this water heater installed. It failed the first inspection because the electrician they work with didn't do a load calculation on the electric draw. And we questioned why all the lights flickered and the unit made such noise. Anytime left it to the electrician to resolve. Once the load calculation was done (and showed sufficient capacity for the water heater), the town inspector approved the installation as properly done. So we are at least reassured that something's not going to overheat and burn our house down. But each time the hot water is turned on we hear rrrr, rrrr, rrrr, and the lights all flicker. Very very unhappy with this; I HATE IT.
