Refuse to correct issues with plumbing repair. Wont come out to make it right, I wont use these people again. Very rude on the phone as well. Edit to add she did not offer to add silicone she said it wasn't needed. Only after I left this review was that offered. I had a toilet replaced as well and had a bad experience. Was told it wasn't a leaking toilet but a leaking wax ring. I told them I saw it leaking out of the porcelain underneath. Had to wait a week for them to come back out with the new toilet.

I had to deal with these scammers through my home warranty. Water heater was leaking, they came a fixed the issue. I asked if I need to replace the heater, they said no. One month later the tank started leaking and did thousands on dollars of damage. The warranty company sent them again to replace the heater. They asked for $700+ in ""modifications"" not covered by the warranty. Every other company I called said they could install a water heater without any modification. Just a very unprofessional and dishonest company

Anytime was the assigned contractor from my home warranty company AHS, usually I cringe anticipating the arrival of the tech. Not the case with the tech Thomas, he arrived on time followed covid-19 precautions was professional and respected my home. He took the the time to evaluate the problem and actually wanted to resolve it; and wait he knew what he was doing. He took pride in his trade and the equipment he arrived in reflected the company's same mind set.

These people are scammers and should not be trusted. They came out and disabled my water heater then held it ransom unless I paid them for additional, overpriced, and unnecessary items. After going without hot water for a week, I wound up calling another company and they confirmed that Anytime Home Service was scaming me! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE. I filed a complaint with the BBB w/ the hopes of saving their next victim.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible, rude and unprofessional staff were sent by my homeowners Warenty to replace a valve in my shower. It has now been three weeks and it is still not fixed. A plumber came to my house yesterday and left with all my water turned off. They refuse to send someone out to turn my water back on when I did not ask them to turn it off in the first place. The receptionist Refused to let me speak to a manager, so, out of frustration, I said that I was going to go to their office and speak to a manager in person and the receptionist said that remark was "" threatening"" and said to ask my homeowners warranty to have a new contractor come out, leaving my whole house without any water even longer. Please, save yourself time and headache and look elsewhere. This whole process has been stressful and beyond unsatisfactory for a simple water valve replacement.

In response to the company's attempt to defame me as reason for not turning my water back on and stealing my property and refusing to come back:

I am the homeowner I was on a three way call with my tenant, who is black and said the ""n"" word from a cultural standpoint as that is the way she speaks and THE WATER IS CUT OFF IN MY ENTIRE HOUSE AND YOUR PLUMBER STOLE MY PROPERTY. I WANT MY SHOWER FIXTURES AND VALVES RETURNED TO ME. 20 days later your company made the problem worse. By ""pull up"" we only meant to speak to a manager because of your refusal to let us talk to a manager via phone we felt like we had no other option to get to the bottom of this issue. I simply want my property returned to me and for my water to be turned back on.

They sent a person to my home for a slow drain it took him 15 minutes . To tell me I need a clean out on the drain like the new homes . God forbid he might have to do some actual work and take the drain apart then he made a mess in my bathroom and my floors . I asked for a different representative from their company they said no the same guy came back and told me it was going to cost $4000 to put a drain on my sink. What the hell . They suck don't listen and you have to pay for them to do nothing . Ridiculous. Never again I don't believe they're still in business

My home warranty company sent this company out to replace a hot water tank and they did good work. The office staff was friendly and accommodating and were prompt in getting the job done.

Just another grifter plumbing company taking your home warranty deductible and not fixing your repair. I waited 3 months for this company to fix my toilet and they flaked. DO NOT USE!

This company was chosen to repair a leaky shower faucet handle by our Home Warranty. Although the technician was nice. He tried to remove the allen screw off the handle but was unable and subsequently stripped it. He somehow came to the conclusion the valve inside the wall needed to be replaced. He said he would have to cut a 12"" hole in the drywall behind it to replace the valve. This was going to be a very costly repair even with the home warranty because of the work that needed to be done and subsequent drywall repair. Needless to say I got a second opinion and found a very reputable plumber with 30 years experience who was able to get the handle off and simply replace the cartridge inside. The valve was perfectly fine. Be careful of these companies that are contracted with your Home Warranty.

Thanks to the Tucson ANYTIME HOME SERVICES TEAM; specifically Ally and Sam for taking care of our recent sink faucet replacement. Although we were surprised by and unexpected and untimely dead end with our home warranty provider, Ally and Sam stepped up to accommodate us really quickly and were very professional. Sam performed quality plumbing work, and promptly completed the entire job exceeding expectations. They were both very pleasant and considerate and Sam complied with all health and safety protocols. We really appreciate Anytime Home Services and proudly recommend them as a very honest and super reliable option for plumbing needs.
