Please refrain from using Anytime Home Services for plumbing problem or water heater leaking in your house. They overcharged with $500+ installation aside from the service call fee and what the home warranty will pay them. The guy who inspected and provided estimate for our water heater has sent another guy from EcoDry to check the walls from which he scared us of being affected with water damage. The company he partnered with for mitigation has caused more problems than solutions to supposedly water heater only. Now, we are dealing with open walls/cabinets removed and more damages that will require month(s) to bring the house back to normal. Beware of those 2 companies!

Office manager and dispatch were very helpful and courteous. Ty listened and was empathetic for the insulting interaction i had to endure with one of his techs.
The Tech was HORRIFIC. He was rude, combative, demeaning and aggressive. I felt completely unsafe psychologically given his language and inability to listen. I told him to leave my home immediately. I can only assume he did this because I'm a woman and had i been a man he would not of treated me so disrespectfully. I did not look up this company's reviews before as this was who my warranty company sent. In reading those reviews, I see a very similar experience with a few others.
Readers, especially women - if you have to deal with this tech, be prepared for an argument where you will be spoken down to and asked irrelevant questions like ""what kind of work do you do"" and ""do you know how to read a contract"". I couldn't even get the tech to lift a finger and deduce what the problem might be let alone fix it. I will call a REAL plumber in the future. As other reviewers have written - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME calling these folks.

Our toilet was leaking and Manuel came out and fixed it. He knew what the problem was right away. He was polite and on time. Highly recommend this company.

SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! We were quoted $550 for a water heater install on top of what they were planning to charge our home warranty. When explaining the additional work, they indicated that they needed to reroute the pipes to install a drip pan on the water heater. On top of that, the tech asked for $65 cash for the service call (that our home warranty prepaid)... A week later, and a deposit paid, a new technician comes out and takes 2 minutes to drill a small hole and put the pan in along with the water heater. When my husband went to pay him, he indicated that we were overcharged. Upon calling the company they sent an explanation of charges that showed everything except what we were told we were paying for! When we inquired again, they said ""we can have a manager put something together for you..."" Again, no one can explain the charges, that the technician who actually did the work indicated that we were being overcharged for... BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

Our water heater began putting out very low volume of Hot water so we felt we needed a new one. Ours is about 20 years old - After some issues with getting our Home Warranty to accept a replacement rather than repairing the current heater, Gary came to inspect the situation. It was his opinion that it could indeed be drained and with replacement parts could be repaired. He was competent and efficient and returned a few days later and did just what he said - We are happy with his work. We give Gary 5 Stars .. We are satisfied with Anytime Home Services after we had a little talk about the necessity of returning phone calls! Otherwise I would have given our FIRST service call with this company a 5-star rating.

They were on time and called as promised. The gentleman was very polite and accommodated my working from home and meetings. The only negative I would say would be that he didn't put anything down in the shower to protect the bottom and the black from the bottom of his shoes transferred all over the bottom of the shower and there was debris and black box left behind that I ended up having to scrub with bleach and clean up.

Lazy rep came to my house from home warranty company. Didn't look at anything and said we'd have to dig up our whole front yard to solve our plumbing issue. Another company came out - same day service - in five minutes found the drain Anytime said they couldn't find and gave me a clear and thorough explanation of what would need to happen.
Anytime rep: Poor communication. Talked in circles. Combative. Run. If your home warranty company sends you, you're better off handling yourself and asking for reimbursement.
Called the company and have yet to receive a call back.

Very prompt and helpful service. Thomas provided affordable options when my home warranty declined paying for the repair. Thomas was courteous and kept a very clean workspace, which I greatly appreciated. I will call them in the future for plumbing jobs.

Technician was dishonest about the plumbing situation. His English was not great and when asked to clarify a statement he wrote on his report that did not make sense, he said ""it just means the motor was not working"" but never explained to me he thought it was stuck due to a foreign object, like he told the warranty company. I sensed from the time the tech got here, that he was rushing and did not want to compete the job so he made up an excuse to void the warranty coverage to prevent him from having to complete a job.

Water heating stopped working, gas pilot light out and would not restart. Choice Home Warranty sent out Anytime Home services and as I had obtained a part from the manufacturer, the unit was still under warranty, the tech put it on. I had gone for an app't but when I returned 4 hours later, the smell of gas permeated the house. I shut of the gas line and called the plumber but they could not come out until the next day as they DO NOT WORK AFTER 5?? I was assured that first app't the next day would be mine. The tech arrived at 10:30 a.m., not in my opinion a first of the day app't and the immorality of not fixing a dangerous gas leak just blew my mind.
The tech claimed that another part of defective and he would order it from the manufacturer. After ten days had passed and NO PART, I called the manufacturer and no part had been ordered so I ordered the second part. When it arrived, Anytime came out the next day to install it. He was at the house maybe ten minutes and I asked him specifically if he had checked for gas leaks and he assured me he had. (Now, I had NOT seen a bottle of soapy water at any point in time, the usual method for checking of gas leaks.) As soon as he left, I went to Home Depot to purchase a gas detector and came home and while it was calibrating in the dining room, quite some distance from the water heater, the detector detected leaking gas at the yellow level. I walked to the water heater closet and the detector went off like the 4th of July . I shut off the gas valve and while being put on endless hold by Anytime, I was on the other line finding a decent plumber and got one who said he would stop by on the way home, Friday night before the holiday weekend. He found 5 gas leaks, most due to incorrectly installed parts; kinks in the gas line that WERE NOT present before Anytime's first visit; and one warranted part had been cut off thus ruining the part so the manufacturer was no longer responsible for replacement as it was due to incompetent plumbing.
My plumber was going out of town for the long holiday but promised to contact me when back in town. He did, he got the part from a distributor in Tempe and came and replaced the part, replaced the gas line and valve and when he left, NO GAS WAS LEAKING from anywhere and the hot water heater was working great!
Anytime Home Services SHOULD NOT have a plumber's license to practice in the Valley as they are dangerous and do not care about safety and their tech knows nothing about gas and its effects.
You are crazy if you use this company. I am just glad I did not end up in the morgue thanks to their incompetence.
