VERY unprofessional & offensive! We had Rick out twice in the last week. On the first day, he kept yelling ""holy Jesus"" and ""shit dammit"" in the house. Then while making small talk, started telling me how I should really go to a nude beach in Jamaica. Yesterday when he was back, he kept making sexual jokes to me and about me to my husband. It was a VERY uncomfortable experience. Then he gave a child visiting my home the finger as a ""joke."" After it all, he left a hole in the back of my house that animals could get in through to my basement, and told my husband to cover it himself (the hole was left because we were waiting on a review of photos by the warranty company).

Literally the worst..... water heater broke. What's the post to show up on a Sunday between 11 and three and of course did not show up at all did not call to say something happened nothing. Claims a family emergency and did not have cell phone. Always late..... didn't even bring tools and had to borrow my own tools to do the job! Completely unprofessional!

My wife and I are in our 60's and we decided to replace our bathtub with a shower unit. I went on Home Advisor and found Anytime Drain Plumbing & Remodeling, owner Rick Shafer. This was a horrible mistake! This company offers nothing professional. Three days after this project was started I had to ask the workers to leave my property as no work was completed. $2500.00 later, I am finishing the job myself. Below is a list of what I have to repair/complete.

*The unit doesn't fit squarely, there's a hole in the upper corner where the sides don't meet.
*The shower head leaks.
*The Drain in basement rerouted. When the toilet is flushed or the washer drains, there is a tremendous amount of unusual noise that comes from the drain.
* The drain in basement leaks.
*There is a whole gouged our new front door.
*They did not have enough of their own equipment so they asked to use our personal step ladder which now needs to be replaced because it is covered in glue.
*There is a hole gouged in the bathroom ceiling.
*The finish on the new shower unit is ruined due to glue being removed with a harsh chemical. The reason we purchased this unit was for the high gloss shine.

This is a warning to anyone considering using this company. I can't imagine what how much aggravation and wasted money his other jobs have brought on to other unsuspecting customers.
