As a family-operated enterprise, boasting over 30 years of experience in home maintenance and remodeling throughout the San Diego region. Our owner, Mike Gorham, is well-versed in a range of trades covering all phases of home building, renovations, repairs, enhancements, demolition, design, and landscaping. He began his career as a partner in a plumbing firm, then launched his own plumbing venture and eventually expanded to include framing, drywall, painting, electrical work, all plumbing types, troubleshooting, leak detection, mold remediation, gas pipe repair, wood rot removal, and building ADUs.

We are well-acquainted with all kinds of home repairs and possess extensive experience in remodeling and building additional units. Mike Gorham is well-informed about various plumbing systems, including water, gas, and irrigation. His career started as a mechanic and welding fabricator. His meticulous attention to detail shows he genuinely cares about your home projects and he will provide all the essential information you need to transform your home.
