BUYER BEWARE!! Had my bathroom shower quoted for repair. The quote was reasonable so we approved the work to be started some where near the first week of March. This was suppose to be a 3 max 4 day repair. It was started and took the whole week and still not finished, went into the next week, knowing I had to go out of town for paper signing. Was paid up front for the work, paid up front for them to start on a deck outside while I was gone, and paid up front for a new shower door. I was gone for two weeks, and when I returned nothing was done on the deck, no contact from the company owner, I had to call to find out was was up. It was apparent to me that they took my money and left and couldn't care less whether I had what I had paid for. The next week they showed up telling me that building decks was their expertise. Once again it took all week to do a small aprox. (9' X 12') deck. the hand rails from the ramp led up to the hand rails to the deck with an extremely pointed 2 X 6 hand rail that did not meet up to the hand rail from the ramps, not only not professional, but extremely dangerous. Of course it was now dark, and there were no lights out there and I felt he knew what he was doing, I was wrong. The trash and screws left all over my driveway was pathetic. This guy had no clue how to build a deck with steps and ramp and hand rails. But as usual he wanted his money, heck with what the customer paid for. I fixed the hand rails, and will now start on the support braces for the hand rails on the ramp. We are now going on 6 weeks he has had my money for the new shower door, and nothing but excuses, told me he was sending it back, but again like everything else he says it was a lie. I have asked for my money back for the shower door, now I am finding the poor work performed in the shower, his repairs included 1/2"" grout lines in some areas which is now cracked and very unappealing. The unappealing is bad enough but we are now talking about cracked 1/2"" wide grout lines pitiful. The floor resembles a kids skate board park, with the ups and downs all over, it is so obvious now that he had no idea what he was doing in all aspects of the general contracting and is still learning at the customers expense. And I am still waiting on my money being refunded for the new shower door. I suppose that will never be returned due to this man Dustin Minatrea is liar, and has very poor business ethics. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING HOME RENOVATIONS for any new or remodeling projects!!!!

Nice enough guy, very eager to take on new jobs quickly. He was very punctual, and came out after hours to discuss questions we had about the renovations being done in our home. However, the quality was very far from our standards and expectations. There were issues with our flooring getting scratched and scuffed as furniture was moved and paint was continually getting all over our new laminate wood flooring, even after we requested that drop cloths be used. Caulk ended up in all sorts of inappropriate places like curtains and blinds, a towel that hung by our master shower, a microfiber couch, a shirt in the closet, etc. The crew seemed very careless and we had to clean up after them everyday after getting home from work.
They replaced our sliding back door and one of the panes shattered during the removal process. The crew left the shattered glass on our grass for two days which killed the grass, and they left a ton of glass after they'd tried to clean it up.
The baseboards and especially the crown molding was thrown up in what appears to be a haphazard manner. Each piece was simply butted up to the next, without mitering the ends, making each seam very noticeable from the floor. A lot of the pieces of baseboards and crown molding were installed at different elevations too. At one area, we have tile floor that meets wood laminate floor. Instead of trimming back the transition piece, they cut a small part of shoe molding and installed it at an angle, so it went up over the transition piece.
The molding was poorly measured and cut, leaving large gaps between the two pieces of molding at the corners. The nail holes were not spackled...they put caulk in them, which shrank and left every nail hole very visible and noticeable. For how much they used caulk, they didn't work with it very good either. Ridges were not smoothed out, but left to dry and painted over.
They also installed a front door- a single door with two sidelights. It was not hung square so the top corner hits the frame while opening and closing. There are also gaps between the door and the sidelights where you can see light coming through. I'm assuming they would have caulked those gaps to seal them, but it just speaks to a poor installation.
It honestly felt like value was being taken away from our house instead of added to it. After pointing out so many concerns along the way, we did not believe that their quality standards would be able to rise to meet ours. We finally asked them to just stop where they were and leave, even though we'd already paid 80% of the total bill to them.
We are now out a lot of money, still have a lot of work to do ourselves, and will have to hire someone else to re-do and finish what they did.

We had a tree fall on our roof and I'm so thankful that we had Anything Home renovations to be able to walk us through this time and to fix all that was wrong with our house. They were there to walk the insurance adjuster through all the damage. They rebuilt our roof with structural damage, back porch and back porch deck. They also took care of all the water damage that occurred due to the tree falling on our roof. Dustin is very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get our house back to 100%. The guys who work for him answered all of our questions and never felt like strangers in my home. Our house (their worksite) was always kept cleaned and they work in a timely manner. I will be recommending them to my family and friends and will be using them again for any future renovations that we need.

Guy came out to give a bid. Never came back or called even though he seemed enthusiastic about doing the job. Something didn't feel right about this guy so I decided not to pursue it. When reading reviews, make sure you scroll down and tap reviews that are hidden. Very informative.
