I launched my company to spend additional time with my family and to be able to take them to school.
I have long managed additional ventures throughout working full-time positions for others. Previously, I juggled two regular roles and a weekend position during weekends and I also managed a modest grass cutting operation that expanded to the point that I focused myself to it entirely. Subsequently, I relocated to Slidell and sold the grass cutting operation. I explored vending, but it failed. I also explored vehicle sales, but that failed. I did in truck driving for a few years before my son was born, but I struggled with being absent so much. Subsequently, I sold shrimp in Arkansas bi-weekly throughout one shrimp season and was successful until the next season at which point there appeared many other suppliers up there and I found out I was going to have a daughter. So, I founded Anything Assembled. Then, people began wondering if I knew to do more services and in 2 years, I rebranded the name to Anything Fixed or Assembled.
