I've worked with George a couple of times now and he's always been responsive and fair, and does great work. The most recent time I had him replace my exterior water spigots attached to my house that were old and leaking. He had to find the pipes in the basement and remove some ceiling panels and in order to do the work. When I came home, there was no mess, the spigots work great, and he cleaned up very well. Can't say enough great things!

We had been having trouble with a leaky sprinkler shut-off valve that was keeping us from running our sprinklers at all. We had a guy come look at it and he estimated that it would need to be replaced and that the replacement would cost somewhere from $700-$1300 and we would have two wait weeks to get it done.

A friend recommended Siaosi and he was able to come work on it same-day. He cleaned some debris from the valve, and discovered that you just need to turn it extra hard to get the valve to close. We were saved a $700-$1300 repair due to his thoroughness.

I did 3 bids and this company won. I had them run a new gas line for a kitchen in the basement. After awarding the bid they showed up on time, fast, clean and professional and cleaned up after themselves. They took great care pressure checking EQ h joint to make sure there were no leaks and didn't try to raise the price as a result of minor change made. I normally do this kind of work on my own and I'm so glad I co reacted this out.

I was adding a kitchenette in my basement and needed water and sewer ran for my sink. Siaosi Lata came in and did an expert job. The lines were run, and the sink was installed in a short time. I have a water filter that needed a specialized connection which he did a superb job on. The price was reasonable. I cannot recommend him high enough. He is a very professional gentleman.
