I had Jake come out and snake my drain with a camera. he worked with us on prices and Was very kind and quick. The pricing was not bad he even touched on future issues I may have since we are new homeowners and the previous owners left us a mess to clean up.

Showed up on a Sunday, that's where the good news stopped. Snaked the pipe out to the street without a cutter on it, because the ""store was closed"" to buy one. Then snaked the storm drain and not the sewer drain. Couldn't fix the clog so they told me the basement floor had to be broken up to replace the sewer pipes and it would cost $7,500!!! Had another plumber come out a few hours later and solve the problem for $300 by snaking the correct drain.

August 31st 2023. I paid $175 for my kitchen sink to be unclogged and the plumber had his cell phone playing music on speaker. When I looked to see any progress was made he was just standing in my kitchen not snaking the drain. The plumber asked me for my plunger and when I came back from washing my hands after I gave my plunger to him, he had broken the plunger by this, I mean the handle was ripped off the rubber base. I was told I needed to hydro clean the pipe for $700 and of I paid the $700 the $175 would be deducted from the $700. There was nothing he could do to help.
He didn't do anything except break my plunger and take my money. The tarp I laid down with a towel was dry. The three buckets I provided to catch any water were dry. And he didn't even bring his own plunger. What kind of plumber doesn't bring a tarp, bucket or plunger? But has the nerve to play.music in my house and break my stuff then say I need to pay him more money. The plumber was unprofessional and ill equipped. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded via my bank but Any Moment Plumbing hasn't even responded to the bank inquiry.
I paid roto Rooter $200 and they actually got the job done.

Called to make appointment & the rude lady that answered the phone & tried to talk over me every time I said something told me she would have someone call to set up appointment. The next day a man called, set appointment, then was over an hour late with no call or anything. So we left for a previous appointment we had. He came, left a card in the door. We called to reschedule, we agreed on the following Monday. He never called or showed up. My husband called again, the same rude lady said she'd have someone call to set appointment. still no call & these was a week ago.
if your looking for reliable these are NOT your people.

I had to call their office 3 times before the on-call plumber (Will) called me. On-call plumber was rude & the ""starting price"" was OVER double what I paid last year for the same service. I refuse to pay someone over DOUBLE especially when you're very unprofessional.

I just moved to the area from out of state and was referred to Any Moment plumbing. My basement drain was backing up causing a flood. I called and the receptionist told me a technician would call me back in 15-30 minutes. After 3 hours and no return call I called back. I was told they they would come by after 6pm. They called me to reschedule for the next morning by 9:00am. At 1:00 pm they still had not showed up so I called back. I was told, ""We had a $15,000 job and that takes priority over your sewer cleaning, We will be there late today"""". Well they were a no-show once again and did not even have the courtesy to call me. I called around to other companies and was able to finally get someone to come out and clean out my drains.

I am extremely disappointed with Any Moment Pluming and would not recommend them as they do not honor their appointments and do not even have the courtesy of calling their customers back to let them know they wont show up. In the meantime they caused me more damage to my basement from water damage and I now have to pay extra to have that cleaned up because I wasted my time waiting on Any Moment Plumbing to show up.

My basement flooded last May during the storms and again Labor Day weekend. I called these guys on a holiday weekend, and they came out right away. The job was extensive and the crew worked around the clock to fix everything. The work was done well, and I've been happy with it. I was assured they would come back this spring to fix my yard (when that happens, I'll give the fifth star in the review). Austin (the owner) was very good to me and the crew was friendly and answered all of my questions. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

My first impression was amazing...in February of 2018 they showed up within two hours my evening call for what initially appeared to be a minor backup, when the whole Downriver area was flooding. Within an hour after that, they had a crew onsite and had begun work. The workers were polite and professional, but the crew leader was clearly in over his head, and lacked supervisory experience/skills. There was a LOT of indecision and wasted time, and several times I had to step in and offer suggestions or drive to Lowe's for parts while they stood around and dithered about what to do.

What started as a simple drain snaking turned into an excavation and replacement of the drain lines under my basement slab, and about 20' of sewer line outside. Five days and $10,600 later, I was left with an improperly mounted toilet, a leaking washtub drain, a missing shovel and Dewalt 20V battery pack, numerous breaks in my lawn sprinkler system from their excavation, and a back yard that looked like it had been through a war. I also discovered that they had tied my old storm system into my existing sump, and within a few months my whole house was infested with phorid flies...which I dealt with on my own.

After numerous calls, they finally showed up in August of 2018 to finish the job...on the wrong weekend! The following weekend, two employees showed up with no crew, and spent an hour and a half walking around and making notes but did no work. They decided that all of the above ground work had been done incorrectly, and after a couple of missed appointments showed up a couple of weeks later to redo that.

After numerous calls and emails, a crew finally showed up in November of 2018 to finish the new drain line for my sump, but the trench from that needed time to settle and it was too late to put down grass seed, so they promised to expedite that in the spring. I have been calling and emailing again for the past six months, with nothing but hollow promises and no shows, and have not even had a response from them since May.

At this point, my back yard is still torn up and infested with weeds, and I can't mow properly because of the unevenness. There are still chunks of cast iron pipe, crock, and other trash and debris being exposed as the piled up clay erodes, and other landscaping and construction work is being held up.

Frankly, this business only received one star because Yelp would allow nothing less, but I would not hire these people to bury a dead pet!

Woke up this morning to the hot water heater being dead! Made a couple calls to other plumbers in this area left messages and still have not received calls back.Called Any Moment and got a lady and she took my info and said a technician would return my call within 1/2 hour 15 minutes later he was calling asked me a few questions gave me a quote, I accepted he said they had to go to the parts house to pickup the tank and materials at 9 and would be here after that, a little after 10 a 2 man team showed up very polite and they were here less than 2 hours, cleaned up after themselves took old hot water tank away did a great job and would use them again.

Lemme tell you about this company.

6pm on a Sunday night and my basement begins to fill with water after a small amount of rain. My husband and I argued for about 30 minutes about whether or not anyone would even come out at this time on a Sunday night. Finally, I called 11 plumbers and they were the only ones that answered.

They came out within 30 minutes to snake my drain. It took around an hourish and, Ben, the plumber who came was very thorough. He did the main drain and one of my two drains went down. He then took another type of snake and did the other drain to get it down.

He was super professional and polite. He was not at all rushed in his work. He took his time and did it right. I appreciate him coming over this late on Sunday night and taking care of this for me. All Aces for Any Moment Plumbing and Ben.
