I would give these guys zero stars if I could!! My husband and I called Any Hour for a repair on our furnace which was old. Brian and Noah came out, told us our furnace needed replacing. We thought , OK it is really old, (25 years) so they sent salesman Andrew out. He said we should probably replace both A/C and furnace. That would be 12,000 to 17,000 and up. WHAT??? We told Andrew we are retired and live on a not so great fixed income. So he offered us two prices on furnace only. $4,000 and $5,600. I said I think the $4,000 would do, but Andrew said with the $5,600 furnace there were great rebates to offset the price. $1400 from Rocky Mountain and more from Enbridge Gas. So we said ok, let's go with the $5,600. When I called, to find out how to file for the rebates, they had Cathie Snow text us. After sending the required information, she texts back and simply says "" after looking at the information, your furnace doesn't qualify for any rebates."" No sorry, no signing her name, nothing.
Not to mention they shut off the gas to our water heater while installing the furnace, and forgot to turn it back on. So next day we had no hot water. They came back and turned on the gas, but proceeded to tell us we should think about replacing our hot water heater because it's old and will be going out soon! This company will tell you anything to make the sale!! THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS! I'm sorry I didn't check more places, but it was during a very cold spell and we had to go without heat for over a week. I just wanted warmth BUYER BEWARE!!

You get what you pay for. After initially considering Any Hour Services we thought that they were a bit pricy. We chose to go with a different plumber and soon realized that that was the wrong choice. The other company installed a PRV and main shutoff valve backwards. This cause all sorts of pressure, humming, and banging issues to our plumbing system.

Any Hour Services used higher-quality parts than the other company and guarantees their work. They even did extra work to fix the other plumbing company's mistakes free of charge: some extra soldering.

I told them to not worry about the drywall as I'd be patching that myself. He even labeled the direction of the water on the pipe with sharpie so future homeowners would know and not make the same mistake.

I reached out to Any Hour to see if they could come by to fix my water heater. Bryce came over and looked over at the water heater and said you need a new one. I then asked what it would cost for a tankless water heater And if I could get the spec for the water sofer. I got the price of 17,000.00. Bryce said this was a get deal. Bryce said the tankless water heater would be the most expensive item and the water softer would be around 3,000.00. I assume Their must be a lot of labor. Bryce for got to inform me the he upgrade everything. Also be didn't mention that I would need to upgrade to a bigger gas meter and I would need 3 regulators. I only see 1 that was installed by the gas range. The second was already installed for the fire place. I paid for 3 so where is the other 2? So the 1st one costed over a 1,000.00 the the next 2 over 500.00. Plus on top of that the gas meter that Bryce forgot to tell me was over 2800.00. in March of 2024 I get a text from Any Hour saying we need to schedule a gas meter swap. I knew nothing about that because Bryce left that out of our conversation. William showed up and installed the gas meter. I stated to Williams that it seem like o paid a lot. William didn't show be everything but what I paid for the water softener and tankless heater. Both were upgraded and I didn't know. William we stored my faith In Any Hour.

So now my mother in law needs a new furnace and AC. I reached out to Any Hour to see if I could cone by and look at the furnace and AC. The gentleman From Any Hour was great and explained that the furnace has a small crack and the AC has a lot of rust build on it. We had another technician come bye and took his time looking for everything and breaking down the price by line item where we can see what everything cost. I also explained my frustration with Bryce not showing me everything that I had to buy to make the units work together. So the next day I get a phone call from a very nice and concerning lady. She heard my concern and said she would look into it. Late that day I get a phone call from Drew who is the manager for customer service. I explain my frustration. To Drew and he tells that he doesn't have my invoice in front of him. Drew told me several times. In the back of my mind I'm thinking you are calling me and haven't review my invoice. Drew explained several times that you signed the documents. I tried again to explain that I didn't get all of the information and the breakdown of what I was purchasing. Drew then tells me again you signed the documents (I could also heard that he was upset towards myself).and I said to Drew you are not hearing my concerns so this conversation is over. Drew raised his voice and said listen here and I end the call. I will reach out to BBB to file a complaint. A sad day

Started out great. The tech that came to snake my drain was great Todd I believe his name was. Then Mike A. showed up telling me everything I wanted to hear. Saying it was going to be a quick fix and he knew exactly how much it was going to cost. A couple days later the ""fix"" wasn't the problem area and all of a sudden they can't fix it because ""Ogden city said no"" and my only option was to pay 30k+ to have a new sewer line put in. so I called Ogden city. I was told that there is no reason they couldn't have fixed the actual problem area, that as long as it's on my property they didn't need another permit. So after being lied to and them attempting to gaslight my wife and I, we decided to end our business with them. I was told they would get someone out ""ASAP"" to fill in the hole in my driveway. Well five days later and I still have a giant hole in my driveway. This has been a nightmare to deal with. Unless it for a simple drain clearing, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Needed emergency help, scheduled same day 5-11pm , they text me at 6:30 saying they would be there shortly. Waited til midnight. When I called last night, no anwser. Today they lied and said plumber showed up and no one was home. When I said that wasn't true because I was at the front door with the lights on. Then he said the technician tried to call me twice. I said, that is a lie, because I have no record of that on my cell phone. Then he said perhaps they had the wrong address. I said, "" nice try, 3 strikes your out."" . Why can't you just be honest? Then he wanted to reschedule the next appt for 2 days away. I said, "" IT'S A BASEMENT FLOOD. RUINING EXPENSIVE ITEMS IN BOXES....I NEEDED YOU LAST NIGHT!""

We have been having major draining problems and a hard time finding someone to come out during hours that we were home. Made an appointment with Any Hour and they sent out Sifa V. Sifa was able to clear the drain in just a few minutes. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions and provided suggestions to prevent this in the future. We will definitely be calling Any Hour for future services! The value can't be beat!

I had them come do a tuneup on my air-conditioning unit. They then told me that I would need to replace not only my air conditioner, but my furnace as well. They then told me I would need to replace ductwork and gave me a quote for 22,500. I got another quote from another company And they told me the Freon level was low and it would cost me a couple hundred dollars. Any hour told me there was zero Freon in the system and there was a big leak when the other company there was Freon in it it was just low.

Had my hot water heater go out on Sunday night....
Turns out the precious owners didn't install the water pressure regulator valve on the main water line which put too much water into the thermal expansion tank and that failed in turn busting our water heater

So booked an apt online through the site and was expecting them to be a few days out as they are pretty busy which is a good thing but they had an 9am apt so booked that asap

Andrew H should up at 9am and was very professional and had a great attitude definitely refreshing as some people in this industry are idgaf about customer service. So having his positivity there was awesome especially when delivering bad news

He was very through in explaining the issue and the options we had he gave us. Turns out it was better to just replace the entire heater as our heater was already 13 years old so repairing it just to replace it sooner than later just didn't make sense

Andrew walked me through on how to finance this large purchase which was nice as spending 3.6k out of pocket would of hurt for sure

After we decided on a plan of attack and got the approval for the financing Andrew went to work and got the job done super fast! And his attention to detail is unparalleled. Definitely a top notch technician for sure

If you ever have an issue and get Andrew h for you tech you can breathe easy as your in good hands

This review is not about the actual plumbers as they did great work. My terrible experience, however, was the result of an aggressive and rude salesman who acted extremely unethically. Tyler and his ""supervisor"" Jesse should be truly ashamed. I was namecalled and threatened simply because I chose a better bid. Thanks to their deliberate actions and refusal to do a simple document, they purposely cost me thousands of dollars by filling in the trench that could have been accessed by another professional.
I called customer support and was assured that they would prevent them from backfilling. Since I did not want that done on my property. Jesse gave his last vindictive threat, and the next morning, he had them come out with police escort and did it regardless because while I was at work he asked my wife who just wanted to be done with these people. If any hour services want to make this right, they could fire those salesmen or refund part of the job. This is just terrible ethics compared to all the other professionals who came and quoted us that same day. All of those ethical professionals are super respectful and seem very honest compared to Tyer for sure.

Final words: you guys won and got away with cheating and disrespecting a disabled veteran on hard times. Congratulations, Jeff Oaks and Jesse, you succeeded in likely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
