Recommended Customer Reviews

Any Hour does excellent work and has made the whole process of getting our HAVC system working reliably. They do high quality work, their employees love working there, and they always treat my wife and I with respect. Erik was our technician and did a great job repairing our system and giving us all the information we need to be comfortable with the work that was done. I recommend all my friends and family to call Any Hour for anything HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical!

Did a good job but after paying $900.00 labor for a two hour job, I should have gotten cake and ice cream with it. Get more bids, this companies pricing is outrageous.

the compressor on our central air was going out last July. we called any hour and had them come out. I take full responsibility for accepting the work. we were in the middle of 100 degree weather with no real relief coming soon. we were getting ready to go on vacation, our dog was in the ER animal hospital so emotions were running high. when they came in they said we should replace the furnace as well. they sent out a manager to make sale. They just happened to be running the buy an air conditioner get the furnace free. their quote was $12000. I said what if we don't do the furnace. $12000, the furnace is free. I said I thought we should get another bid. he told us that most places would have a hard time getting product. We decided to do it and when I asked for an itemized breakdown after installation they could not give a line by line, but did show that the ""free"" furnace was $3358. I said I thought it was free. He said, we aren't going to give you that furnace for free. We did not upgrade from our original HVAC. Our friends had to replace their air conditioner at the same time and it was $6000 and is equivalent to ours. I believe we got a quality HVAC system with a good warranty. The service was good but they have still not leveled the air conditioner. So when you see the current commercial on TV, just know that the furnace is not free and you can definitely get a better price. Lesson learned.

I had an amazing experience with any hour service. I had a garbage disposal back up. I called any hour service because I had just moved and received a flyer with a discount and they came top of mind. I called their number got an appointment scheduled. I was a little weary because they scheduled an appointment window of 12-5pm. I am super busy so having to be at anyone place for that long is not fun. But they were awesome. I got text alerts confirming my appointment and the day of I received a ETA so I didn't have to be stuck at home. I received the text of when to be there so I drive home and the service man Mike Dannar had just pulled up and was ready to get to get the job done.
Mike was incredibly professional and friendly. He was extremely respectful of my home and my time. He put on his booties right away when entering my home and I didn't even have to awkwardly ask him to do so. Thank you!
I am extremely happy with the service he provided. He was so patient with me and my barking dogs and answered all of my questions.
The process was so smooth. He inspected the unit. Identified the issue. Showed me the problem. He then provided me a couple of options and the pricing of each. He was very thorough on his explanation of each and I felt very comfortable knowing the needed service and solution I was picking. I was informed as to what I would be spending and very appreciative of the hole flow of the service. I am a full disclosure type of person so knowing exactly what I would be paying for was great!
He cleaned up nicely after the work had been done and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.
This was such a pleasant experience. I know who I will be calling for all future plumbing needs.

Advertised $29.00 sewer service including main line to the street. I called and told them it is over 150 feet to the street. They said no problem. I have my line serviced every few years to be proactive. Young man came to the property as was scheduled. I showed him the line and told him is over 150 feet. He did not say anything and start recording in his pad. After that was done he unload his drain cleaner and started into the line 30 feet down he said there is resistance, I said fine push through it. About 50 feet he said he is out of line, I said use extension you still have 100 feet to go He said he does not have any extension but he can call his supervisor. I said forget it. During entire process there were attempts to sell some other service. Customers beware. They are not what they say they are. If you let them your pocket will be empty at no time.

All they were interested in was selling me a new furnace. Mine is 12 years and works great. I was having an issue with the fuse always popping whenever the heat was turned on, I decided to call them to get a second opinion because I was suspecting the controller was bad. They proceeded to tell me that the controller board was bad and told me it would be 2500 to replace it. What? He then recommended that I replace the entire furnace ""because mine was so dang inefficient"" Mine is a Bryant 80 Pro 2 stage, with a bigger coil on the blower so I knew he was blowing smoke up my shorts! Not to mention how much he wanted to replace the controller. Just for fun I wanted to see what they would charge me for a new furnace, ($11,500) for a 80% efficiency furnace and AC unit just like I had. These guys are total rip off artists, I am sure they can get away with it because people just take their word for it. I found my control board online purchased it and put it in in less than 10 minutes, my problem however was in the wiring in my wall, it was arcing and shorting out the fuse. Which they should have helped me find this was the cause in the initial visit but they were wrong on every front. I will never use them again and have lost all trust in their expertise.

Murray has serviced my AC countless times and let me tell you, he is such a skilled and wonderful person. Very throrough and knowledgeable. Any Hour is such a wonderful company. They are honest and caring through and through.
With how angry the world is, and how folks choose to take it out on businesses via reviews, I wanted to take the time to point out that this company works hard to take care of everybody.
Thank you Any Hour!

What a nightmare! STAY AWAY! Last spring we decided to call Any Hour to have an A/C installed. We saw an ad on TV for a free furnace upgrade with the install so figured it would be a decent deal... Estimator shows up and looks over our house and tries to sell up on $35K A/C system for the whole house. We couldn't afford that so he said that we can just do the upstairs since the house is divided in the middle and its hotter upstairs but will still need $5k power main upgrade. We accepted the $15k job and were excited to finally have A/C rather than just window A/Cs. Well during the install I was already a little nervous as it seemed the guys were cutting corners and not doing a good job. (see pics!) Long story short the A/C will not cycle off during the day and cant maintain temp gets over 85 upstairs while running! Also on top of that: 1. Ducting was installed incorrectly, pulled itself loose since it was just installed into dry wall and is too short. 2. Attic fan was install incorrectly and left UNSEALED in a NEW ROOF! 3. Intake was just hacked to fit a larger intake that sits on top of a 2x4 and pulls no extra air. 4. Power bill skyrocketed to 6-$800 last summer since it can't maintain temperature and doesn't shut off. 5. Attic insulation was left a MESS! We have made them aware of these issues and they have ignored us. Ignored us all last summer with crazy hot days. Filed dispute with CC company and they pretended to want to fix this situation in the coming spring. New Tech showed up and looked it over, admitted that they have untrained hires doing jobs and that our install was not done correctly at all. He called his 2 managers and said they were going to put a plan together. After a month the manager Matt B, finally replied back through email telling me it would cost another $1700 to fix THEIR mistake. Such a large company trying to stick us with the bill is just insane. After a year wait and paying crazy high energy costs last summer too... Our window AC's worked fine and didn't cost close to $800 to run. Also all of the mining equip is in the bottom of the house in a insulated sealed off and vented room that goes directly from under the house to outside. Our shrimp/fish tanks all have lids on them. 35% humidity is not high. Window Ac's did fine. All issues started with this AC install. The manager that did the estimating was also fully aware of the mining equip AND the shrimp/fish tanks. They as professionals made the mistake of underestimating the demand needed in the upstairs A/C and now want us to cover the costs of fixing it. The manager Matt B has an attitude like this is all our fault for some reason. As if we were the ones who installed the A/C! As can be seen in the last email, he flat out says we need to CHANGE OUR BUSINESS if we want the A/C to work right and he's done with the conversation?! We have run our shrimp business for years with window A/C units and no issues. What a smug and unprofessional person. I can't even believe it. At the cost of $15k we have an A/C that maintains 85+ while running on a hot day and now going into legal troubles to fight this situation.

We had Colton visit us to check our dryer vents because or dryer was malfunctioning because of poor ventilation. He was very professional and thorough with his work. He checked both inside and outside vents and shortened the dryer hose to make sure to prevent any obstruction. His number one goal was our satisfaction. Our dryer is now functioning properly. We recommend his services.

Watch out for labor costs. We have been loyal customers for a number of years with this company. I don't normally write a review - But, with fixed costs of projects you normally get a quote. However, with this job a simple fix turned into a $900 plus price point. When I questioned the price the answer that was given was, ""well we charge $325 per hour for labor. "" Then finding out that the company is trying to expand into Nevada & Arizona - which Is one of the reasons for the huge price hikes. Taking advantage of customers. Buyer Beware. Sham on the owners!
