Incredibly overpriced. I bought a pressure control valve in February for $750. My neigbor and friend got the same valve today, installed for $375.
Shop around, you can beat their prices.
Also, they are not available ""any hour"", I think they are even closed Sunday's.

So glad I called Any Hour Services to service my electric water heater. Scott came out and did a great job draining the sediment without having to drain the entire water heater. Guess that is why he is a master plumber! He was professional and cleaned up afterwards and didn't drain it into the street like my neighbors plumber did, leaving sediment everywhere. We will be using Any Hour Services in the future as they are dependable and provide quality work. If you need plumbing help, call and request Scott!

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company! Scott went above and beyond in the repair of our main waterline to our house and also the installation of our water softener. These people will call and harass you to get the job done. We had them do a new electrical panel ($8500). We also used them for air conditioning tune ups. Well in June 2024 we had made an appointment for two air conditioners to be tuned up. They only texted me, and they kept me informed, but the service person never showed up. We had an appointment for our 11 month check up on our electrical panel and they never showed up.
Today I called and wanted a supervisor to call me, and John finally called me at 3:30PM. He was rude and said there were recordings with outgoing calls. Well they have texted me only, now there is calls. Not true.
Spent quite a bit of money and treated like crap!!

Just had my annual AC tune completed by Tech Person Caleb Benner on 05/24/2024. Caleb was timely in arriving for the job; presented professionally and organized in his conduct; was patient with me, the customer, in the questions I had for him; and MOST IMPORTANTLY, AnyHour provided the BEST deal in PHX Metro...this is my 3rd time I use AnyHour because they provide EXCELLENT service at the BEST price!

I will use AnyHour AGAIN and they will CONTINUE to provide excellent customer service for the most ""critical"" service of all in the desert. Jorge C, Sun City, AZ

I had a water main break. After assessing the job, they quoted me $4500. That seamed really high, so I told them no, even though I really needed water ASAP. Found another plumber - who did the job in about 8 hours and charged me $1866. This strikes me as a nasty case of them trying to take advantage of me.

I booked an appointment with Any hour services. They said Tuesday we will come to your house to fix your problem. I said what time? We will contact you and let you know. Tuesday I get a text message the technician will contact you when they can come to your house. At 3 pm after waiting all day for the technician I get a call from the customer service rep. They have an emergency and cannot get to your appointment today. Wow what a waist of my entire day. I have never had that happen before. Do not do business with these people. unbelievable.

I had a great experience with Any Hour. Had my home warranty send out a tech and my air handler and ac unit were replaced however when the tech went to connect it the unit did not function. He suspected something in the lines yet left me hanging. The warranty company wouldn't cover him opening the roof to check if there was a kink(his opinion) and then when I told him I could just pay him outside of the warranty he agreed but just never communicated with me. At that point it was two months without working A/C. He basically ghosted me but was telling the warranty company that he spoke to me when he did not. I stumbled across Any Hour when other companies didn't seem to want to take on the job. It ended up being something the previous tech should have done and should have been covered by the home warranty. After all that, I had working A/C in 24 hours. I suffered for two months for nothing. Lesson learned. I'm so happy I found these guys and will call them in the future if needed for sure. They made a very stressful situation a million times better. This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled ""custom"" quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.
