Ok so here it is..

Blocked drain problem; do not think about it just call these guys.

I was a contractor for 20 years so I can spot a good honest worker a mile off I have employed enough of them.

The guy that turned up his name was Matt I did not tell him I was a contractor for 20+ years I like to play a little naive see if contractors will try to blow any smoke up me.

How ever with this guy I was pleasantly surprised not only was he polite he was thorough did not complain when my weird shaped pipe turned into a pig to snake like a trooper he just kept going.

He left after having a problem with his drain rooter but followed up with phone calls as to scheduling got the drain router new part and drove all the way back... I was surprised I have known plumbers disappear when a job is too tough for them or not enough in it for them.

These guys are fair thorough honest and actually care more about making the customer happy than anything else.

I say two thumbs up and use them.

I would give Any Drain a lower rating if there were one. I loved them the first few times I used them then had them go out to a rental unit a second time in the year. Was surprised they had to go back out after just 7 months. They got the toilet unplugged but the next day the bathtub was backing up and the toilet was clogged again. They said they would have to charge me again. I asked them why they didn't guarantee their work for at least 24 hours and they said that's not the way they work. I called Ernie's Plumbing to go to the rental unit, (I have been using them for over 15 years) but decided to save a few dollars - big mistake!. They took care of the problem and said what was going on was that the drain needed to be snaked and cleaned from buildup. Any Drain might be less expensive in the short run but they don't do quality work. I'm sorry to say because they didn't stand behind their work I will never use them again for any of my rental units.

Truth in advertising. Cleared my mainline for $49, no BS.

Real family business, grandmother answered phone, grandson cleared the drain. Was there within 2 hours. The best plumbing company I've ever worked with, if I ever have problems again with my drain, they will definitely get a call.

I have used Any Drain Co. twice this year. Not only are they the most reasonable, but are very efficient, on time, and they are also very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them ;-)

Horrible& Inexperienced...YOU TOTALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, DO NOT fall for the lure of the $49.50 any drain any time. This company wasted my time and money, flooded my home and claims they did nothing wrong?? Spoke to owner BRANDEN to come to a reasonable solution.. he just disappeared and never returned my calls...bunch of unprofessional inexperienced young guys just trying to mimick the real legitiment organizations. I learned my lesson, my handyman redid all the work and now everytging fine... just had to pay TWICE for trying to go cheap. WARNING...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called to make an appointment, but the phone reception was shoddy. Told the woman I'd call right back on another phone, and apparently she decided to start screening her calls.... They must not need the business....1 star for providing such a great customer service experience...

Used them three times, the first time in November '09 all at different times and parts of the house. Their dispatcher is always polite and clear, they update you on their ETA, arrive very quickly, dress professionally, listen carefully to your description of the symptoms, ask smart questions, test, implement the solution, retest (they also listen for the way the drain sounds), and give advice to prevent future problems ALL FOR UNDER $50 with a 30 days guarantee. Thank Jason and guys. I have referred to my friend and he was also pleased. This company will earn your business. Best of luck to them.

Really a good company to work with. I have hired them twice now and they have done a fantastic job. I have had a lot of experience working with lousy contractors in my life.

I contacted Any Drain after two contractors told me that the bath tub drain cannot be snaked/fixed and that the bath tub need to be removed. Total cost for the job was quoted at $3,800 ( Rite Away Services and A-1 Rooter).

I called Any Drain based on my previous experience with them. They got the problem fixed in 5 minutes and charged me $49. That is called honesty and a great customer service. I wish them all the luck to be successful and I will hire them again in the future.

Any Drain Co. came out and rootered from the cleanout to the street quickly after another plumbing co. Mr. Rooter claimed they could not because they said there was a break in the line, and tried to take me for $875.00, the crooks. Jason and his apprentice from Any Drain Co. were quick and courteous. Once they left I found that I needed a drain line from a bathroom to the sewer line. Within an hour they were back to go up on the roof and rooter out that. They charge only $49.50 for any drain. I have this done about once a year because I have a big tree in my fron yard. Of all the years I have done this they were the cheapest, most reasonable and honest plumbing company I have dealt with. From now on I will use only Any Drain Co. a family owned company to whom a reputation for honesty is important.

We operate a child care business from our home and experienced a main line sewer backup. Needless to say, we needed a plumber out to our house ASAP before we opened Monday morning. I found Any Drain Co on craiglist and couldn't believe their prices! $49.95 is what they charged to unstop my sewer line. Jason came out at 9pm on a Sunday and quickly took care of our problem. He was professional, courteous and explained the reasons for the constant backups. We'll definately call Any Drain Co. from now on. Thank you guys and keep up the great service. :-)
