Worst experience with a plumber EVER. I wouldn't recommend to my enemy.

On a positive note, in an emergent situation the company responded quickly and addressed the problem. However, upon receiving the bill there was no breakdown of time spent on the actual job, as opposed to talking with the customer, and the charge was astronomical. Apparently this gentleman feels that his services and expertise are worth more than the average ER doctor, Attorney and companies that handle hazardous waste, because that is what his charges reflect. Or maybe he just uses 14K gold pipes!
