1. Never show up when they say they will. 2. Said they would give estimate before work but they did work and then overcharged. 3. Another job we had they gave an estimate and then tried to up the price after the work was done. 4. They came to do an attic job without a ladder, used my furniture, left a mess and broke some shelving and did not fix it.
