I would not recommend Anthony's rooter. Poor communication and unreliable. Had him out to rooter our line and still clogged after he left with no response back to txt or call.

We hired this company to do a simple cleaning of our main line to the street in our home. I'm a property manager and work with residential vendors of all types in northern Colorado, and I'm here to tell you to not waste your valuable time on this company. I would highly recommend Royal-T-Rooter out of Greeley for a rooter service. They are professional and responsive and have never let us down with the 70 properties we manage.

Our Experience:
We scheduled a time and my fiance was there to meet him(she left her job so this could happen) over an hour later a tech from the company arrived but my fiance had to go back to work. She offered to let him in to complete the work and he declined and HE rescheduled the following the day for 10:30. I was home this time, taking valuable time out of my day to have this done. Once again over an hour later.... no one has showed up. I call, no answer. Two hours later after the appointment date set by the tech himself, I get a text that he is at another job and will call me after to reschedule... again. No one ever called again to coordinate this effort. Not only was both our(my fiance and I) time wasted two days in a row but we gave up valuable time at our jobs to have this done meaning that we only lost money just interacting with this company and never had a service completed. I'm typing this while Royal-T-Rooters is completing the job. They showed up 5 minutes early and txted me when they are on the way, a night and day difference.

I work with vendors of this type every day and totally understand how some jobs take longer, however this is always communicated at the very least. Not only was there no communication about these late arrival times but no follow up to correct it. This companies lack of professionalism is profound and would strongly recommend using any other company to avoid these juvenile practices. Cheap service, cheap quality.
