Anthony was hired by my home warranty company. They might do good work, I wouldn't know. They were supposed to give my home warranty company a report & estimate so that it could be approved before they started the work. That was nearly 4 weeks ago. They let me sit in 90+ degree weather for nearly a month with no care in the world and no response to me or my home warranty company (who wasn't much help either, to be fair).
I'm more than aware, this is the busiest time ever for HVAC guys - I don't care. Don't take the job if you don't have the time to complete it. Thanks for nothing!

I've been dreading finding someone to come service my HVAC since I've never done it at my place. Anthony's was highly recommended by my next door neighbor so I contacted them. Tony was very professional and quick to respond via text and Yelp. He was able to schedule me in really quickly.
They showed up right on time the day of my appointment. Norbert, the technician, was patient and answered all questions I had since I have zero clue about HVACs and the only thing I know how to do is change the air filter. He was very professional and honest about the condition of my HVAC. Told me everything looked good and there wasn't anything I needed to do at this time. What a relief! He carefully explained the different points he uses to test the condition of the HVAC and everything checked out.
Even though I didn't need anything but a checkup done this time, I am relieved I found someone reliable and if I ever needed any work done, I know I can count on them to give me the best solution.

Felix came by earlier than quoted. He cleaned my heater and fridge, took pictures of other trouble spots and helped with suggestions and ideas about things outside of his purview. He was incredibly polite, cautious, informative and friendly. His manager also responded quickly to his texts and offered very expedient solutions. I hope not to have problems, but If I do, I'd want him to come by and take care of it!

Anthony's Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning has done a great job both times they've worked on our system. They are quick, knowledgeable, professional and totally reliable. Both times they saved me a grip of cash. I had a moment of non-clarity and called a company named ""Dial One Sunshine"" and they gave me an estimate for a total new system. They basically tried to bamboozle me into purchasing an entire new system. Anthony came down identified the problem and fixed it in a couple of hours, for a very reasonable price. I will always call Anthony's Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning whenever I have a problem. They are highly recommended.

What a great company. Tony did a
superb job. Explained his findings and made sure that I
understood what he was going to do regarding the
repairs. I will continue to use this company for
maintenance of my A.C. unit. Super professional.

Gauged, over charged. Double the price from last visit in 2018 for same work. Added more Freon just to pad bill. Did not offer receipt either until I questioned it. Will be contacting FTB to watch this company's tax return. To over charge and do it under the table is unethical. Was honest and reasonable on prior visit, not sure what happened with them. I'd avoid them and find an honest business.

One call and Anthony solved our HVAC issue. First he identified that our capacitor was slowly dying. Next, he discovered that one of our moisture sensors had tripped the fail safe and disabled the entire system. A very simple solution that caused us to endure a 95 degree house for a week. My wife is now happy and cool, thanks to Anthony. I wouldn't call anyone else to service our house.
Reliable, affordable and honest!!!!!!

Originally, Anthony's was sent out by a home warranty company. I kept his card for future reference.
In early August, I had an intermittent weird sound coming from my AC. I called, and they sent a newer guy out on August 9th (Tuesday). The guy replaced my filter and was ready to go. I asked him about the strange noise and he said he didn't know what might be causing that. That was the whole purpose of my service call. He took some pictures and went outside. (I didn't know then that Anthony was in the truck.) He came back in and said the motor was ""very dirty"" (true). I asked him what to do about it. He said I could replace the WHOLE air conditioning unit. I asked if it could be cleaned and he said there was no time. I asked him why he said ""replace the whole unit"" and he literally shrugged. I asked to talk to his boss, and he told me he was in the truck.
When I spoke to Anthony, he first defended his employee and said replacing the unit was ""always"" an option. I asked what else could be done to fix the noise short of tearing out my entire unit. He didn't know what the noise sounded like so I played a video of the noise (as it wasn't happening at the time). Anthony immediately said it was the blower wheel going bad. I accepted the face value of his statement. (My first big mistake.) He said he would have to take the part but would be back likely the next day (Weds.), but possibly not until Thursday. I asked him if he had the part in stock or could confirm he could get it in a day. He said he ""just came"" from the parts warehouse and wasn't going back, but was sure they had the part. (Believing him was my second mistake.)
He then removed my part (and letting him take it away when my
AC was still working and only intermittently making that sound was my third mistake). Well, you have probably guessed the part wasn't immediately available. He said he could come to install maybe Thursday or Friday. I asked what my options were to have them come re-install my motor thing until the part was ready as it was very hot and I no longer believed he would be out by the end of the week. His response: ""Wow. The old parts have been trashed. There [sic] no good anymore. We cannot due [sic] that. That's too much extra labor and time. And that's not how we work. We will be back as soon as the parts come in. I have no control over that process. I told you beforehand that sometimes it could take up a week or two to get the parts. [An absolute lie.] But that I should be able to get it done within a week.""
Imagine my shock that they ""destroyed"" my parts without a replacement in hand. For all I know, it was a part that could have been repaired - because it was still working but making an intermittent whine. Now I had no choice to wait for them.
Two days later, they came out and replaced the part. I was quoted $700 but charged $750. (It was worth paying the extra $50 to get them out of my house.) Within minutes of them leaving, another issue arose. I called the office and left a message with a live person. I texted Anthony as well. It is now almost a full month later and I NEVER received a call back. I did call in another AC person who fixed the issue. However, when I showed him the invoice from the job, he said I was way overcharged. (My mistake for agreeing to the $700 quote without getting a second opinion.) I will also note that ""labor"" for ""Tony P. and helper"" was billed at 1.5 hours for the first visit, and 2 hours for the second. The first visit was nowhere near that long, and the second was even shorter than the first.
So, learn from my mistakes. Get more than one opinion. Tell someone to hit the road when they suggest a full replacement of a working AC b/c it looks ""very dirty."" And don't EVER let someone walk away with a major part b/c then you are beholden to them to show back up whenever they want and charge you whatever they want when they return. It's under ""warranty"" for a year, whatever that means. They never returned my call or text when a problem did arise.

Anthony is the GO-TO guy for any AC/Heating and related issues as well as maintenance. We went through dozens of people to fix the initial install for our AC - where there was a pinhole leak, as well as the way the initial installers messed up the drainage for the primary and the secondary for the AC units that were condensing in the attic. He fixed a decade old problem, then rerouted the piping to make it work, and even better than what it was supposed to do! Additionally, he installed toilets, and sink faucets for my bathrooms and kitchen, and it looks like multi-million dollar home! Thank you so much for the amazing work, and will continue to use his talents to make our home AMAZING!
