I called Anthony's based on the Yelp reviews and was very glad I did. He was prompt in returning a call, scheduling an appointment, and giving me 30 min warning on the day of the appointment. He was knowledgable, friendly, and patient (while I looked over his shoulder) and resolved the problem with my secondary A/C unit.

A week later my main A/C unit went out (this was during the heat wave in Aug '15), he found that is was a bad condenser and did the repair. The repair cost was fair based on previous experience with other A/C companies

I just saw some of the other reviews and it seems strange because I didn't experience any of their issues

This is the worse service company I have ever experienced. My air conditioner was out or order 2 weeks ago and I thought I would support my neighborhood business as much as possible so I picked up the closest service company in Fullerton, even they did not get the best review but seemed owner gave some valid reasoning. So I called. Answering machine picked up the call and I understood they were busy so I left my name, phone number and mentioned that I lived around Rosecrans and Gilbert area, hoping I'd got a return call within a few days. It won't take a minute to say something like ""We are very busy, you are the number 100 in the waiting list, the expect waiting time would be 10 days, we'll contact you as soon as possible"". Something like that from a service company would be a very standard practice and won't take one minutes, right? But no, never receive a response. Guess your business is too good to have a new customer but I doubt the quality of service with this type of attitude.

Tony has been helping our family with Air Conditioning, Plumbing and all sorts of things for almost 10 years now. Not only for our home, but for our rental as well. He is professional, honest and doesn't cut corners. You really can't go wrong with him.

The first time we had him over (9 yrs ago), he fixed an AC unit for us. We had just got it installed in our condo/rental by another company. It would stop working after a certain time everyday and the other company couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, even after coming out several times. We called Tony and he came out and immediately recognized that the thermostat was malfunctioning. He replaced it for a reasonable cost, and the unit was working great ever since.

Recently, he installed a new Air Conditioner at our house. I've included pictures but the install looks great and it works even better. We used our old furnace but Tony was able to make the system look like it came together as a set. (Made everything look brand new).

As everyone else says, he's a family man, totally reliable and just does a great job.

**Also just wanted to point out that Anthony's reliable has always made it to every appointment we've made with him.

Tony was really good and professional. We had a backed up condensation hose which is not usual. He was very methodical and managed to find the source of the problem and correct it on the spot.

Made an appointment with this company, they called and said that they would be coming late, that was fine, but by 6pm they still had not showed up. I tried several times to call them to either reschedule or find out their schedule but all went unreturned.
