Anthony's Plumbing started as a typical small business, emerging from a lineage of 4th generation plumbers. Plumbing has always been part of our family tradition. In 1998, my grandfather, Don Williams, retired and sold his business, Don Williams Plumbing, after serving the valley for 30 years. I remained with the company that bought my grandfather's business and worked for a few additional firms. After some time, I understood it was my moment to start my own venture. In 2006, I launched Anthony's Plumbing, a name inspired by my son. We are a small family-owned business, upholding my grandfather's principles of quality plumbing at a fair and honest price. We aim to build lasting relationships with our customers... In the last ten years, we have utilized our knowledge in plumbing, gas, and drain cleaning to serve our clients. At present, we have no complaints with the BBB or the ROC of AZ, and we diligently strive to keep it that way. If you encounter any plumbing problems, we are confident we can resolve them for you.
It’s often said that plumbing is part of my DNA, being a 4th generation plumber. I began my journey by helping my father on jobs, usually taking care of the cleanup. With age, I was able to contribute more significantly. I was so eager to learn that my only desire was to go to work and experiment with the tools. Yes, I view work as play; it may sound odd. I truly enjoy my job, and to be honest, I have a deep love for plumbing—from resolving challenges to aiding those in need and encountering new individuals each day. Being able to practice my passion daily is a real gift, and I take pride in ensuring quality plumbing craftsmanship in every task that Anthony's Plumbing completes.

Anthony showed up and said there wasn't a clean out so wanted the price went from 55.00 to 100.00. I also told Anthony that my home was built in 1948 and and that the snake needed to be 1/4 and he said all he had was a 1/2 snake so 2 strikes, He also was telling me about water jetting ect.... for 500.00. My home has old pipes and that is also a bad idea. I do not recommend these guys and also didn't end up using their services up sale up sale up sale

Called around to get quotes to do maintenance/flush my tankless water heater. First place said $200. Called Anthony's and the lady said $150 so I booked the appointment several days later.
Mark showed up about 30 minutes after the planned 8-10am window.
Very nice guy. Said the price is $500 for the flush/maintenance.
I advised that seems exorbitant for an hour of flushing cleaner through the system and I was quoted $150.
Mark said she should not have quoted over the phone because each job is different.(this is recommended annual maintenance for a Rheem).
He went to the truck to find out about the quote I was given.
He returned and said he could do $179 since that's what I was quoted(not true) and he would have to go to pick up some cleaner(not great planning).
As soon as he left to get cleaner I called another plumber and was quoted $165.
I called Anthony's to pay the $39 diagnostic charge and cancel.
FYI - I don't normally do reviews and tried to keep this short.

Terrific crew to work with! They arrive on time, clean and ready to work. My home was carefully covered in plastic and anything fragile was moved to a safe place. Never having experienced a slab leak before, we had no idea what to expect. Brandon was very thorough in locating the problem areas and reviewed all of the details with us. He even had to calm down our older next door neighbor, with whom we share an outside wall with, as well as explain what they were doing. The plumbers who did the actual repairs were great, nice guys and easy to have around all day until they completed the job.
I recommend Anthony's Plumbers for any home needs.

I might have had a very bad leak somewhere. 97k gallons in a month Phx water said. I had Anthony's Plumbing come out. They were very responsive and came out quickly & very thorough. They found no leak and said if needed they will confirm their findings with city of Phx. They gave an invoice for my records.
I can't say enough how great this company is. Answered all my questions in terms I would understand. As a prior small business owner, I recommend them highly. And will use them if I should ever need a Plumber for any and all my plumbing needs.

Thank you for repairing my leaky faucet. I made an appointment for an estimate and they arrived on time. The faucet was replaced and I was sent a picture of the new faucet. I was pleased with the work and the price. I recommend Anthony's Plumbing-AZ

Started off really excited to use them, setting up the appointment was easy. In the morning I received a text message letting me know the technician would be on their way. My arrival window was between 8 AM and 9 AM. At 9:15 I called the office asking where my technician was because I looked on the tracking feature they provided in the text message and it said he was still 45 minutes away. 45 minutes went by still no technician. Called the office again and she said ""she is sorry the technician was held up."" I have no problem with that, I used to be in roofing but the lack of communication and the fact that the technician might've been there (keyword ""might have"") two hours after the end of the original arrival window of 8 AM - 9 AM is absurd.

Shower drain clogged, called Anthony's Plumbing. Plumber (Donald Austin)arrived on time and followed all CDC COVID19 Guidelines when entering our home and while working on clearing out drain.
Explained to us everything he was doing and cleared out drain in no time. Very friendly and answered all questions asked without hesitation. Great price as well.
Thank you Donald.

I have used Anthony's Plumbing a number of times for repairs in my home. Every single time they leave my house looking better than when they got there and they fix the problem. Yesterday I had water everywhere in my bathroom. I called and they sent someone to my house in less than an hour of me calling. I would recommend Anthony's Plumbing to anyone. Quality work, quality workers, and done with a smile. And quality price! Thanks Anthony Williams on a job well done!!

Well, our sink stopped draining and low and behold it was shooting out of the vent on the roof. I panicked, called our home warranty and within a few hours they sent out Anthony's Plumbing. The plumber, whose name was Anthony, was very nice and worked for over an hour trying to snake the pipes and fix the issue. Unfortunately, he was unable so he assured us he would be back with another specialist either Saturday or Monday. This is where my review takes a turn. I called the office Saturday to ask what day we can expect them to return so I can make arrangements for work. Regina said she would call me later. She then tells me it may be Monday but it would definitely be later in the afternoon and that she would contact me. So I made arrangements to work from home. It is nearing 4pm on Monday, the office closes at 5 so I decided to call. Regina tells me someone is coming today and says, ""you know your sink is not getting fixed today right? They are just coming to asses the problem."" I let her know that is fine but the office closes soon and I hadn't heard from anyone so I wanted to be sure somebody is coming. They come, look at the issue, ask me if I have a plunger, I don't. They leave and say they will be back in a few days. Now it is a holiday week of Thanksgiving I still have no kitchen sink. The plumber tells me he will be back on Tuesday to run a camera. I never hear from the office to get a confirmation or a time frame for Tuesday. THANKFULLY I work from home and at 8:30AM I get a notification that Mark is on his way. Which is great, but what if I didn't work from home. The lack of communication is so terrible, and Regina is so snidely rude that I am afraid to call for updates so now I just call my home warranty company to call and get updates for me. I did let Mark, the plumber know how I felt about contacting the office and the lack of communication he apologized and gave me his business card with his direct cell phone number. To be honest, I probably won't have my kitchen fixed by them simply because the lack of communication from their office. However, thank you to Mark and Anthony for their time.

The guys were the best! Great communication...clean,,,on time,,,great trouble shooters and fair pricing. Will use again.
