I contacted Anthony's any sewer any drain service via their text message last evening The office contacted me by phone first thing in the morning the next day. I requested AJ who arrived promptly for the schedule appointment.
As he did in a previous visit AJ was through, competent and well organized.
In addition, he did a masterful job!!
I have very high regard for a services and a technician that is knowledgeable, diligent and courteous.
I roughly recommend this service!!

I contacted the company to request service and was told that I would receive a callback before 8:30pm by the woman I spoke with. I never received a callback. I called back and requested service for 12 noon or after the next day. Specifically after 12 because I work from home & had guest here at the time.
At 10 am the next day the plumber arrived with a attitude! He didn't do all the work necessary and then preceded to lecture me about what I could do as a alternative. I'll never use them again.

They are unreliable unpredictable and not upfront about their pricing

RACIST! I had gotten overcharged and when I called to speak to receptionist to rectify the situation, she literally said this to me ""I bet you don't treat your white plumbers that way"". Are you kidding me! That's the craziest thing I've ever been told from a company. And for the record, I didn't treat anyone badly. The plumber did his job and did it well, my problem is with the company. No wonder this place has rotten reviews.

Stay away from Anthony's Any Sewer Any Drain. He gouged us on price, cracked our running trap and charged us more than triple what other companies quoted us.
We had a crack in our cast iron waste pipes. Home Advisor had Anthony's Any Sewer Any Drain contact us. He came the same day. Because the leak was getting worse by the minute we had him do the job. He charged us $8,146 to do new pvc waste lines. It also included the running trap which had to be replaced because his worker cracked it while trying to remove a cap. After completing the job he said we needed some copper water pipes replaced that were starting to leak. He quoted us $1200 to do the additional work. We held off doing it to get other prices.
We had two other companies give us quotes to repair the copper pipes. One came in at $375. The other $400. Anthony's Any Sewer was triple the price. Both of the other companies (one was through Home Advisor) said they could have done the the original waste pipe job for $2,500. Anthony charged us more than triple that. They also told us the Fernco Clamp Anthony used on the running trap was not to code and would never pass a Town Inspection. It should have been a Husky Clamp or No Hub.
UPDATE**
We contacted Home Advisor's resolution department to report how Anthony's Any Sewer Any Drain broke our running trap and then charged us to replace the damage he did. They contacted Anthony. Anthony refused to refund any of the money he charged us to repair the damage he did. Home Advisor filed an arbitration case against him through FairClaims.com. Initially Anthony refused to enter into arbitration. In response, Home Advisor suspended Anthony's account with them until he agreed to enter into arbitration. Our hearing date is 12/18/20. If we are awarded the case and he refuses to pay he will permanently lose his account with Home Advisor.

Without even trying anything, insisted the only way to clear my clogged kitchen sink was to knock a hole in my kitchen wall to reach a pipe, drill a hole through it and then use a snake. Took advantage of my lack of knowledge, charged a ridiculous price to fix a simple problem and left a hole in my wall. Had no problem damaging my kitchen in order to charge extra to drill a hole in a pipe rather then just snake it properly from under the sink.

Quoted me a price for work I did not need. I went elsewhere and got the work work done for 1/4 of the price! A year later and the cheaper job is holding up just fine without the outrageous work and price he quoted me. Awful.

Fast, friendly, and professional. I honestly thought I was going to have the worst birthday ever when my wife told me our sewer was over flowing. I called Anthony's and they were over within minutes, they replaced the pump and unclogged the main pipe very fast, and they were very clean and professional. By the time they were done it was like nothing had happened. Thank you!

I would rate a 0 if there was an option! This company has irrate drivers, one of which almost hit my car merging onto the belt parkway from the conduit! I have my kids in the back a d he completely cut me off! COMPLETELY DISGUSTED BY THIS DISTURBING INDIVIDUAL!
