Nothing I love more than receiving a quote for services only to then receive a bill for significantly more than the quote. When I called the company to dispute, they were not even willing to discuss. In addition, they went for the 2022 money grab and decided to charge an additional fee for travel time. My advice, think twice. Quality of work was good, but ethics rank a zero in my book!

Needed help with a leaky valve on my older home. I know it is an older home, I am fully aware of the type of house I call home. The technician was rude and condescending. At least a dozen times he made of a point to using degrading terms for the type of home I live in. I will NEVER use them again regardless of what quality they might offer. If there is no respect then there is no return business.

We had hard to find and hard to get to leak in our bathroom underneath vanity that was leaking water underneath laminate into next room and closet. Yes we had a detection service first who guessed it was under vanity but it was so slow, hard to detect. Plumber sent was great. He stayed with it, cut out some Sheetrock and bottom of vanity, found it, fixed it in only 2 1/2 hours! Only $175 for what could have been a nightmare. Also when I called, Rebecca was so pleasant and accommodating getting us very quick appointment. So happy and relieved now.
