The worst customer service. First, they did not show up for my first appointment. Kept me waiting all day without communication with me. Then when we rescheduled the appointment they were an hour and a half late and looked at my AC unit and left in five minutes. They are unqualified and could not fix it. Waste of my time.

This guy and his team are great. I just bought a new house and have tons of work that needs to be done and him and his team have been knocking it out and doing a phenomenal job of it. His work is Prestine and gets everything done in a very timely manner. if you were looking for someone who does it all who is trustworthy and not trying to rip you off contact Anthony. his prices are extremely reasonable. I'm also hiring him to clean out my townhome that I've been been running for the last four years. He's a one stop shop!

Anthony is amazing!!! This will be my second time having to call him when my HVAC system has had problems. I sent him a message around 9 at night and he responded back immediately asking me questions as to what was happening. I gave him the details and he was here the next day and diagnosed the problem on the spot. He went a step further and called to get the best price for the part I needed and gave me a deal that no other company has done since I have been a homeowner. He takes pride in his work, and he appreciates his customers and his customer service skills are top tier. If you want someone that is reliable, that will not try and nickel and dime you, someone that is trustworthy and very knowledgeable, give Anthony a call. You won't regret it.

Anthony and his crew stepped up and helped me out of a 4 week nightmare! He was assigned to my case by Choice Home Warranty (who are horrible) and despite Choice denying my claim, Anthony came on a weekend and finally got me hot water! Not only that but he fixed several other items that needed fixed. Not to be dramatic, but after 4 weeks without hot water I consider him my hero.
I would recommend Anthony to anyone! He is polite, compassionate and has fair pricing.

I contacted my warranty company for a fifth time to repair my 13 year old water heater. On this fifth time I was lucky enough to be assigned to Anthony's company. They were incredibly responsive. Looked at my system and knew the problem immediately whereas the other 4 companies couldn't. They knew the water heater needed to be replaced and within 2 business days and a lot of fighting with the warranty company they came and replaced it. They were timely, professional, respectful of the property, courteous, affordable and HONEST!!! Highly recommend them!!!!

After over a month without a Washer Anthony showed and quickly addressed the issue, something that different contractors could not figure out through my home warranty. Anthony was professional and efficient during his time at my home assessing and resolving the problem at hand. I would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Anthonys HVAC and Home Improvement LLC came to my home through my warranty company. They stated I needed a new toilet, and they would check with the warranty company about getting me a replacement. I was told to call back later for an update. During that time, they backed out of the claim, and it had to be reassigned. Of course, I already paid the service fee. The new tech that came stated all they needed to do was change the flapper. How do you claim to be a plumbing company, and you don't know that? Never again.

Updated Response: Of course, everyone that gives this company a bad review is lying. If someone tampered with the toilet, 1) why would the warranty company send another company who fixed the toilet 2) why would you try to fix the toilet twice and fail. I attached messaged of Anthony's cancellation and the claim being reassigned. If you don't know what you're doing say that but don't lie on people.

I would give no stars if I could. THEY WASTED MY TIME AND STOLE MY MONEY!! They stole my money and refused to come back to fix my hot water tank when it broke less than 48 hrs later. Their technicians are incompetent and lazy. They were told what about the issue I was having (claim) through the extended warranty company (Choice Home). They literally came to my house relit my plight and left. Did not diagnose, did not fix anything, and refused to refund my money (service fee). I contacted them requesting a refund and they proceeded to get defensive and ignorant. Back and forth texting with some rude, ignorant, and unprofessional individual. Ultimately, they refused to refund and refused to fix the unit. I had to complete another claim to get my unit fixed, get another contractor, pay another service fee, and now I have to wait 10 days to get my unit fixed. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! If they are offered to you through your extended warranty company, REQUEST ANOTHER CONTRACTOR IMMEDIATELY
