I would give no stars if I could. THEY WASTED MY TIME AND STOLE MY MONEY!! They stole my money and refused to come back to fix my hot water tank when it broke less than 48 hrs later. Their technicians are incompetent and lazy. They were told what about the issue I was having (claim) through the extended warranty company (Choice Home). They literally came to my house relit my plight and left. Did not diagnose, did not fix anything, and refused to refund my money (service fee). I contacted them requesting a refund and they proceeded to get defensive and ignorant. Back and forth texting with some rude, ignorant, and unprofessional individual. Ultimately, they refused to refund and refused to fix the unit. I had to complete another claim to get my unit fixed, get another contractor, pay another service fee, and now I have to wait 10 days to get my unit fixed. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! If they are offered to you through your extended warranty company, REQUEST ANOTHER CONTRACTOR IMMEDIATELY

I had read glowing reviews on an Arlington County facebook page. I called Anthony's HVAC today when our AC went out. He fit a new customer in on a hot Saturday and troubleshot and fixed our problem for a very reasonable price. You won't go wrong hiring this professional!

Anthony's hvac and home improvement was so quick and efficient in their response to repairing our ac unit . long story short we were out of our ac unit working for three weeks between the home warranty company and their contractors not showing up . Reached out to Anthony, the owner and he assured us that it will be taken care of immediately. He and his team did an amazing job and truly are thankful. Absolutely terrible service. A technician was sent out through a home warranty service. They didn't show and rescheduled for three weeks. When they did show up they were incredibly rude to my tenant. Additionally, they made the problem worse while they were there and said the claim isn't covered and I'd have to find someone to fix it. I asked if they could help me out since the leak was made worse when they went to investigate and the technician on the phone responded with 'do you know what broke means?!' Rude, terrible service, not professional.

This was my first time but I can say they are an excellent group. Anthony and his team came out to fix my A/C the same day which was surprising with the heat wave we've been having. They were in and out in no time and charged me a very reasonable rate. Can't thank them enough, I will be using them again!!

I called Anthony's service to give me an estimate for some home improvement work. We agreed on a date but his worker never showed up and he couldn't get hold on his guy all day to find out why he didn't show up. He promised that he will get back with me next Monday but he never did. That was the last I heard from him. Now someone online is defending that I have the wrong guy and he offers five star service. He needs to work on his responsiveness and customer service.

Overall with satisfaction of what he promise. I had deal with many people in his field of work and I confidently could say he is the most honest reliable and best in the area.
