I'm saving someone the trouble, they don't deal with associations.

I called and they said no.

It's bummer because technically I didn't need to have the Association involved. I just needed to know if they dealt with Association because in case I do need to shut off the water but normally I don't have to have the Association being involved.

Just wanted to save someone a phone call and leave this review. Nothing against their work though.

Anthony and Steve arrived on time, worked quickly to solve several problems in my home in both the kitchen and bathroom... they cleaned up after they were done and charged a very reasonable price. I will DEFINITELY call Tony again for any plumbing needs I have in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A leaky faucet in a basement laundry sink may not seem like a big problem to most people, but as the owner of a house that's almost 100 years old, I felt like I needed the help of an expert. I asked for recommendations and several folks mentioned Anthony Donato Drainage. I called to schedule an appointment and even though Tony already had a full docket, he and Steve (a great assistant) stopped by within an hour and in minutes, had the problem fixed. Tony and Steve instructed us on how we needed a cap for the old faucet to permanently alleviate the problem, so we planned to go to the hardware store that night. However, within a couple of hours Tony and Steve returned with the cap and fixed it for us! I felt this was exceptional service. Not only did Tony and Steve squeeze us in during a busy day, but made a second visit to ensure we would have no further issues with that old faucet. I have added Donato Drainage to my speed dial because one never knows when a good plumber is needed - and these guys are the best! Thank you, Tony and Steve!

Toni is the best. I originally chose another plumbing company to do what they deemed was a water-main break and one of my neighbors who knew Toni called him out to look at the issue. Toni immediately felt that it was ""not"" a water-main break and was willing to come back to my house to look inside later that night when I got home and ended up fixing the problem for a fraction of what I would have paid the other company who obviously misdiagnosed the issue. I am a single woman and a new home owner. So many people trying to take advantage and prey on those who are not as knowledgeable about home repair issues. Toni I believe gave me a fair price and like I said took care of the issue the next day...plus he's local. Praises to Toni. I will definitely call him (& recommend) for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Tony and his crew were AWESOME!!! We had sewage backing up into our basement and we could not find the root cause. After only minutes on-site Tony was able to determine the issue. Not only is his crew great at what they do, but they also bring expertise into problems that are specific to the different areas of Chicagoland. We ended up needing a whole new sewer pipe replaced, which required our yard to be excavated, but they did a great job! If I ever have major plumbing issues, this will be the only number I call, and I know they will point me in the right direction.
