I called Culligan to service my water softener because I was having problems. Well, they told me I would have to wait almost a month for a technician to come to my house. That was unacceptable as who wants to be without soft water for a month.

Someone told me to call Anthem Plumbing and I am so glad that I did. The owner, Deon, returned my call within 20 minutes and arrived at my house the same day. He was very professional and courteous and fixed my water softener very promptly at a very reasonable price less than Culligan would charge.

If you have a Culligan water softener and experience problems, you should call Deon with Anthem Plumbing for fast, friendly, and professional service.

I was so pleased with the service that I will also call for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I had a garbage disposal replaced and they came out the day I called. A month later I had no hot water. Again Deon came out and I had inadvertently turned off my heater. He restarted it and it seemed to be working. He also took the time to show me for future use, how to restart it. He didn't charge me for this visit. Unfortunately a few days later no hot water so I called again. This time I said that I just wanted a new one. They came out next day and brought a new water heater. What great service and fair charges.

We were in the midst of having a washer installed when the hot water connection pipe cracked, releasing water everywhere. Fortunately the appliance installer had the presence of mind to shut off the main water line but we needed a plumber to fix the pipe, finish the install, and get our water back up and running. I called Anthem and after a few hours Leonard dispatched Garrett to help us out. Leonard, who was assuring and very receptive to our emergency situation, was in regular contact with me throughout the day to let me know Garrett's ETA. Garrett was the best! He was super knowledgeable, personable and professional. He got us up and running in no time and provided us with estimates and expert advice on additional work we need done. This was our first interaction with Anthem Plumbing; we are so happy our realtor referred us to them!

Very quick to response and very thorough. Just moved into my house and had no hot water. They came out the same day, found the water heater which was hidden in the kitchen cabin paneling. Leon and Deon... great guys! I noticed the garbage disposal wasn't working and went out to get them... they came right back in and fixed it. Amazing guys! Thank you Leon and Deon! You guys are the best!!!

Appointment set from between 3pm-6pm. We text at 4:30pm to get an estimate on arrival as we have a baby and need to plan a nap/dinner. No response. We call at 6pm and leave a message. Nothing. Call at 6:30 and it goes to voice mail after two rings, so that means they pressed ""end"" (very professional). We get a call at 6:50pm and this was the response ""ohhhhhhhhhhhh I totally forgot. I'm in north Las Vegas. I can be there in like an hour"" - there is another 1 star review that has the EXACT same experience. My message to the owner? Respect people's time. People rearrange their day to accommodate a time frame to GIVE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY for a service. Communication would have solved this whole situation. Instead I'm finding another plumber and wasting more of my time writing this review in hopes someone reads it and learns from it.

My water heater was 16 years old and started leaking. I figured it was going to need to be replaced. Anthem Plumbing figured the same after asking some basic questions about the leak over the phone and had me send some quick informational pictures via text.

Their technician, Raymond, came prepared and on time with a new replacement water heater tank of the correct type and size. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly knew what he was doing, answered my questions, had the job done quickly, and even taught me a little bit about the new water heater before leaving.

Great experience and everything works. Customer service was excellent both over the phone and in person. I would definitely use this company again in the future and I highly recommend them for others as well. Thank you!

These are the best plumbing people that I have ever worked with. They are diligent and will help with everything. I had a water softener problem which they diagnosed as not a water softener problem but were able to fix everything. They are kind and helpful and reasonably priced. I would recommend them absolutely.

If I could give this merchant a zero I would. Setting up a home visit with the merchant to fix my bathroom shower between 9am and 12pm three days in advance. On the day of the home visit, the merchant did not show up for the appointment nor did he call.

I called the merchant and ask if he was going to show up to fix my bathroom show. He told me he forgot the appointment and that he could be there in an hour or go on about his day. Not only did the merchant not apologize for missing the appointment, but his tone over the phone was very disrespectful and condensing.

Given the merchant's unreliable behavior and unprofessional attitude, I strongly suggest you avoid using his services.

Nothing but good! I cannot say enough good things about Anthem Plumbing and their tech, Raymond. We just bought and moved in to a new house. After some issues, we finally moved all the way in and discovered leaks around the house and a clogged dishwasher drain pipe. I called Anthem and they sent Raymond. Nicest guy you could want working on your house. He fixed everything we asked and even noticed some gas line issues. Our appliance repair person could not fix them and we called Anthem again and asked for Raymond. They sent him out and, in no time, our gas pipe issues were fixed. Both calls were EXTREMELY affordable and I recommend them highly. If you are not in Vegas, move here and bust a pipe so you can also have the pleasure of working with Anthem Plumbing.
