Not only did he clear both lines quickly and professionally, he took the time to explain to me how the two lines were connected to the main line so I would know for future reference. Office staff are wonderful! Very courteous, helpful and follow through with request by returning phone call in a timely manner. The plumbing staff have demonstrated expertise in their field and demonstrated the willingness to make the extra effort to make repairs by being creative!

Example: a new shower was installed in our home, the drain clogged and was unclogged by AV Plumbing. Two months later the drain was again clogged. AV sent a plumber out, he determined the problem was grout in the drain that had hardened and caused clogging. He had to devise a special device to place into the drain to knock loose the hardened grout in the shower drain!

We had a leak under the kitchen sink. On a Saturday. They were able to get us a time slot of 4 hours after I called. Robert came in 3 hours. He was super friendly and explained everything to us. After finding the pipe had rusted he cut the smallest whole possible in our cabinets to weld a new pipe on. Will call again.
