I had three things I needed done, one was urgent. Mark came by 30 minutes after we spoke on the phone and got to work immediately. The urgent job was the valve for the dishwasher. Turns out it was a much easier fix than the installer predicted. Mark had all the parts he needed on his truck except for some special braided hoses for a bathroom faucet (Toto brand). But he had them at his shop so we were able to get all three jobs done in one day for less than I was quoted for one job by Mr. Rooter! Always go with local, family owned businesses! Great service, honest guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Mark!

I am a female building a home in Oregon City, almost his neighbor, thankfully, and moved a toilet...had him add a 6 foot PEX line, add a tub diverter and orb drain to the tub, connect a bathroom faucet to water supply and drain and had him replace a shower pan drain. Really sharp guy (Mark, owner), and he came by two days to knock this out with me.
