Anson and Son Plumbers

Anson service is below standard. I really wanted to keep him as a Plumber however he did not tighting up the Pipes after changing a facuet out. Therefore it lead to a leak. I called him several times with a time frame that I would be available for the repair to be corrected. (7:30 to 4:00) why did he show up at 4:30. Gave him another chance to make the correction a week later. He comes by and says that he has to go under the house for the repair. Liar!!!! stated that he would be back. has not come back nor have I heard from him. I can work with anyone that admits that they made a mistake. Correct it and lets move on. However this guy is very dishonest. I am reporting him to BBB. and the State Contractors Board.

Not ethical and takes money while not being knowledgeable on what they claim to be able to fix resulting in doing a half ass job. My mother needed a shower fixture replaced; not only did he not put the fixture on without the sleeve to hold it; when confronted by mother why it looked like a piece was missing, he hits her with the "" I don't know"". Simultaneously also messed up the pipes by putting the fixture on backwards which didn't even allow us full range of the heat temperatures. Now my mom has to spend more time and money to get this exact fixture put on correctly AND now we have a pipes situation on our hands. Getting anything done in your home is time consuming and cost a lot of money so why are we taking folks money while not knowing what the hell we doing? Did a half ass job but ran off with the full rate price. Do better

Called him for one thing but he ended up fixing several!! Anson's keen eye and attention to detail is what makes him stand out from the rest! We had a leak from one bathroom into another and into our garage :/ so to ease my mom's worries I hopped right on Yelp and found Anson! He made space for us in his busy schedule and even did a courtesy call to let us know he was 10 minutes away. Upon his arrival, he surveyed the scene and quickly gave a diagnosis- broken thread. My mom was very happy to know that the broken thread would only cost $65! She even asked him to change her kitchen sink and that wasn't expensive either! He informed her of other things that could use a good fixin' and gave her some great quotes.

The text messages she sent me after he left: ""Yippy!! Everything is all done!!! There were rocks in the pipe which caused the low water pressure. No more problem!! Praise the Lord!! Where did you find Anson?? He's a keeper!! Just say that he's honest and will not over charge. Each job is different. Where did you find him??? For real, he's the best!!!"" I think that speaks to Anson and his work, what do you think? Lol

His number will be at the top of our list if we ever have any more plumbing issues! Thank you Anson!!!

Anson answered my questions promptly. My other was having some plumbing issues and he was able to come over and take care of the problem. I also had him to come to my home and snake my tub. Reasonable honest and great service.

We had a stoppage and a broken pipe. Anson came out the same day to assess and fix our issue. He even gave us recommendations so that we won't have further issues in the future. Great service!!! Reasonable prices and overall great guy. Would definitely recommend.

We had a toy stuck in our toilet (thanks to my toddler) Anson and his crew came out immediately and unclogged the toilet line but I was very impressed with the options and additional advice he provided. My toilet was very old so we ended up changing it out to a power flush that uses less water. So I will be able to save on my water bill. He is very knowledgeable and wants his clients to make sure they understand what he is doing. I will definitely being using this company for all my plumbing needs..

Just when I thought there wasn't an honest plumber left in Inglewood, I stumbled upon Anson and Son Plumbers. The owner, Anson, was upfront about what he thought my issue was and suggested I get in touch with another type of service because he assumed I didn't need a licensed plumber. He actually tried to save me money! In the end, I did need a plumber, so I called back and he sent his associate Harvey to my place. plumber was awesome too. Super friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done. We talked about how great Anson is. How often does an employee rave about their boss?! All-around thumbs up to this company!!

I had a sewer line from house to street that was clogged. I called Anson, got him on the phone immediately (this was a Saturday) and he stated that he would be there in 30 minutes. He made it here in less than 30 minutes, brought out his machine, and in fewer than 10 minutes the sewer line was back open and ready to go. He cleaned up the mess and we were done. At all times, Anson was polite and easy to talk to. I would recommend him again without hesitation.

Anson came by today to look at my kitchen sink because it wasn't draining. This gentleman gave me a courtesy call about 15 minutes before he arrived and went right to work on my kitchen sink and got the problem under control. In the process he gave tips and recommended products that would assist me with preventative maintenance. He's clean efficient and professional, if you've got plumbing problems Anson and Son Plumbing is the way to go!
