I am usually able to report on the positive as well as the negative but unfortunately, if I could, I would give NO stars. We were having a problem with our well and called to see if we could get service. We were told there was no one currently available so we called another company.

Lo and behold, Anschutz showed up while the other company was there and then had the audacity to send a bill for ""pulling two men off a job"" and not calling to cancel. We did not have an appointment.

Upon calling to question the bill, we were met with rudeness and hostility. Based on our experience, do NOT use this company.

These folks are prompt, professional, and wonderful to work with. We have called them back three times for different matters and been extremely pleased. They know what they are doing!
