I've had to use them on several occasions and every experience is better than the last. It's so hard to find solid professionals with great customer service, but you can't go wrong with Chip and another plumbing company here in Flagstaff. In my line of work, customer service is Paramount and I can tell you these guys got it.!

This company is not just another plumbing company.... They are FAR better ;) not only did they arrive promptly on time, but we're very efficient and has great customer service. The final price turned out to be lower than their original quote range which hardly ever happens. When they arrived we surprised them and asked if they could also install a sink and Matthew S. Stated he would do it if time allowed. Not only did he install our water heater but also installed our sink and was so nice about it. You guys are great and will always be our go to for anything plumbing related!
