(For understanding)... I live in a place that is hard to understand the addresses and so we get a LOT of ""lost"" people and we try to help them out. With that being said...
This company showed up at my place (unsolicited) and blocked my driveway. When I came out to see what's up and see if he was lost, he became hostile and told me to mind my own business"". I told him at that point, that he was on MY property, blocking MY driveway and asked him what his business was and he didn't have any with me, then he needed to move along and find someplace else to figure out where he was.
At that point I was menacingly told ""you need to get back in your house and collect your unemployment check (and his words, I exactly quote), you little b***h"". To which I replied ""ok, old man, tell it to the cops when they come to trespass you from the property, entirely"". I went into my house to grab my phone to take pics of him blocking my parking spot, his plate and his face... I was only gone for 3-ish seconds but by the time I came back to the door, he was speeding up the street, too far to get much of anything (what a chump and a coward).
I've heard about companies that are this unprofessional, but I NEVER thought I would run into one by accident. If this is how they treat a POTENTIAL customer, I can only imagine what a client must go through if they have a disagreement with this company.
In my simplest, barest honesty I'll say two things - I'll never hire or even recommend this company.
(And the cops are ready to show up at a moment's notice to trespass him for good).

I give Ron at Another Plumbing Company five stars. He was professional and courteous. My toilet was leaking in a couple of places and I just had the water turned off to it. Ron looked at it and kindly explained to me that it might be time to upgrade my commode. It was the same toilet that was in there when the place was built in the early 80s. He asked me what I wanted, and I didn't know what there was to pick from. Ron drove to the store and told me all my different options for my new toilet. I didn't realize there were so many to pick from. Being inconveniently located by any stores, I was appreciative he took the time to go pick one up for me. Ron installed the toilet leaving no mess behind. I am pleased with my new upgraded toilet. In the future if I have any more plumbing problems I will be calling Another Plumbing Company.

I've used Another Plumber on two different occasions, once working with Ron and once with Jackson, and they are both high quality plumbers. Both plumbing problems were related to my old showers and older on/off valves, and Ron and Jackson were able to quickly address and fix the problems. Also, Amanda, who schedules the appointments and handles the billing, is very easy to communicate with and does a great job following-up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Another Plumber.

If I could give no stars I would. This guy did such a bad job installing my bathtub. It wasn't aligned properly and clearly needed to be redone. After he promised me he would redo it I never heard from him again. I have left no less than 7 messages to him and he literally will NOT call back. So unprofessional and infuriating. Stay far far away from this guy.

I have never written a yelp review before, but I've never been treated like this by any technician. We agreed to do several plumbing projects, including putting in a water line in the kitchen. Ron, the owner, did a couple small projects and then asked for payment in full before putting in the water line, promising that he would put in the water line in a couple days. I agreed, never thinking that he would take the money and run. But once Ron received the check, he stopped returning all phone calls and I have not heard from him since. I'll be reporting him to the BBB, but until then, anyone reading this should look elsewhere. Shoddy work is one thing. This guy is unethical.

Wow, I totally understand the name-it's code for ""Use another plumbing company.""

Called for help as our mother-in-laws' kitchen drain flooded her newly installed wood floors. Ron answered says ""We'll send someone out."" Three hours later we call again explaining the urgency and Ron says ""That sounds like a drain problem, call John."" (John? Who is John?) We call John and are instructed ""Tell the neighbors not to run their water until someone can get there tomorrow."" Wha? The floors are floating away and we're nowhere near Hurricane Sandy and the response is to halt water usage in our neighborhood? Maybe we misunderstood, so we ask, ""Any chance we could have someone here tonight? I mean, you're the plumbing company on-call for our HOA."" John replies ""I can't make it out until tomorrow"" and hangs up.

Right. Why be listed as the on-call service, tell us you'll be out, then refer us to someone else whose expert suggestion is to halt water usage in the neighborhood as the solution?

Master plumber available on-call 24 hours? How 'bout ""Available 24 hours-just not 24 hours in a row.""

Disgusted.
