In as few words as possible, I've had plumbers come to my home in the past and not once have I been satisfied with the work done, it was horrible. In one situation the plumber actually made things worst, I told him to leave my home and not dare ask me for any payment.
There's an old saying that ""THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT IS WORD OF MOUTH"". I have to say this statement is so true. I got Anne Arundel Plumbing to come to my home for a small job. They arrived as scheduled and Jeff the plumber was very personal and professional. His handling of my plumbing issue shows me that he takes pride in his workmanship, and most importantly that he cares for his customers in the quality of work he did for me. I will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend Anne Arundel Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing company.

So the hot water stopped being hot on Monday night. Hubby swears he can fix it as it's ""probably just the sensor"". So we order and wait for the arrival of FedEx. Meanwhile two days of showing at my parents. FedEx truck arrives today with the part and (shocker) it does not fix the problem. The problem being a 10 yr old hot water heater that had just given up the ghost. So I google and come up with the first name and it's these guys. I send up a prayer and call at 3:30. Time is now 6:15 and we have a new hot water heater and hot water. #miracleshappen It might have helped that the owner lives around the corner but talk about prompt! Great service. They wore masks and worked quick. They treated us well and were open and straightforward with us. I guess we have official plumbers now.

Jeff came out within an hour of our call. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and super cost-effective. We have never had such a pleasurable experience and will be using this company again for future needs. I highly recommend you give them a call - you won't be sorry!
