I experienced a plumbing issue and was referred to ANM by my realtor. Time was of the essence, as I wanted to sell my home. I spoke to Alex and we secured an appointment for December 22, 2024. Soon, it became apparent my plumbing issue was really a sewer issue that required coordination with the City of Chicago, Dept. of Water Management.

While ANM did some coordination with the Dept. of Water Management, it was painstakingly time consuming for Alex to get this done. A lot of times, Alex was slow to respond to me or didn't respond at all. Most of the time when communication did happen, it was when I had to involve my realtor, who is also a man, As a woman, this was not lost upon me.

ANM came to my house approximately six (6) times with no success each time. While I applaud their efforts, at some point, ANM should have realized their BB gun was not going to kill Godzilla. The Dept. of Water Management also confirmed that my problem should not have taken this long to resolve. ANM needed a ""bigger gun"". This was an incredible waste of time.

Finally, when Alex did schedule another service date of January 29, 2025, I waited all morning for him. When it became clear he was going to be a ""no show"", I contacted him. He claimed he had a doctor's appointment. Too bad he did not give me the professional courtesy of letting me know.

Ladies, if you are a home owner with a sewer issue, this may not be the company for you.

Great experience today with ANM! Fast reply via Yelp and great communication throughout the process (on a Sunday of the holiday week). They came next morning and fixed the drainage issue within minutes. They even helped me with a different small issue elsewhere in my house upon request. Definitely recommend their services and will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.

Alex and his Team at ANM were exceptional on every level. I can't say enough on how great they were from start to finish. We had to replace our main drain & sewer line outside, big job, lots to consider and obviously a big cost. They were very competitive on price, service and communication was a 10 / 10. Alex and his team repaired our sewer line that had two bellies. From start to finish, they were kind, efficient, honest, and professional. Alex made me feel that he truly cared for the job and our property (and I believe he did).

Throughout the project, he kept me updated through pictures and conversations during for any updates or unforeseen hiccups. And in each update, he was detailed and came forward with a plan to resolve it.

I hope we never have another plumbing issue like this, but in the off chance we do, I'll be calling Alex and ANM.

Messaged them them the night before, was provided an estimated quote that also highlighted the potential increases if they had issues to I could make in informed decision. They ended up nailing the quote. Outside of the pricing they squeezed me into their schedule and did a great job helping get my drain fixed. I would strongly recommend them in the future if you need any plumbing work.

ANM (& Alex) was incredibly interested in helping me solve my plumbing issues quickly but more importantly correctly. I had a sewer that was backing up and needed to be addressed quickly all while working with the city of evanston to get emergency permits. ANM handled everything. From the start of the project through the final cleanup including jetting the line to buy time while we waited on the city permitting process. They are great! Even when unforeseen issues arose mid project, they took ownership of the project and did it right. I have a repaired sewer line the peace of mind that it was done right. ANM has earned my trust and my business. Any plumbing needs, my immediate call with be to ANM!

Job is done ! the job was completed in only a few hours !

I had contacted about 6 plumbers and ANM gave us the most fair quote !

After contacting ANM sewer I got a reply right away with a quote over the weekend.

They came out on Monday & did the job. They replaced 8 shut off valves, moved our toilet valves and installed a new drain in our shower.


I would HIGLY recommend using ANM for any of your plumbing services !

They also send over photos and videos of the work that was done (incase you can't be there) which I thought was super helpful.

Communication was amazing with texts throughout the entire process from start to finish!

I have had 3 lingering plumbing issues in my Townhouse that is 10+ years old. Appliances are starting to break down.

The Refrigerator was leaking water that had to be cleaned out weekly.
The Kitchen Sink was leaking and a bathroom faucet handle fell off.

Finally called for some help. The Tech ANM came and fixed the faucet and kitchen sink in 30 minutes and after diagnosing the Refrigerator, explained the cause of the leak and advised me not waste $300 replacing the cooling sensor, because it will only stop the leak temporarily.

He told me it's time for a new fridge.

I appreciated the honesty and the minor repairs were completed at a fair price nn less than an hour. Should have called ANM weeks ago.
